Hallo zusammen,
ich suche eine/n neuen Mitbewohner/in zum 1.4.2023 oder 1.5.2023. Die Wohnung ist 2021 komplett neu saniert worden und hat 90 m2. Durch die perfekte Lage auf der Berger ist alles zu Fuß oder innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit der Bahn erreichbar.
Ich arbeite ab Mai Full-Time im Consulting und bin aber meistens im Homeoffice. Suche jemanden der bereits arbeitet oder am Ende seines Studiums ist. Wichtig wäre mir, dass die Person sauber und das es nicht eine Zweck-WG wird.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Leider brauchen die Möbel etwas deswegen ist die Wohnung auf den Bildern noch unmöbliert. Bis zum 1.5. sind aber alle Möbel da. ;)
Das Zimmer kostet 1050€ im Monat all inclusive.
