Wir, Oren (31) und Ari (26), suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner ab Anfang August. Oren ist aus Israel und Ari aus Mexiko. Oren schreibt an seiner Doktorarbeit über KI und Ari arbeitet als Kindergärtnerin. Die Stimmung in der WG ist entspannt und wir machen viel zusammen, allerdings hat auch jeder mal Zeit für sich alleine./
We, Oren (31) and Ari (26), are looking for a nice person to rent from August 1th. Oren is from Israel and Ari is from Mexico. Oren is writing his PhD thesis on AI and Ari is working as a kindergarten teacher. The atmosphere in the shared flat is relaxed and we do a lot together, but we also have some time for ourselves./
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13m^2 groß und hat ein großes Fenster Richtung Osten. Das Zimmer wird inklusive Bett plus bequemer Matratze, Nachttisch, großem Kleiderschrank, Stuhl und Tisch vermietet. Der Rest der Möbel auf den Bildern ist von Kristina. Wir haben auch eine Waschmaschine, Abstellraum im Keller und Platz für Fahrräder im Hof. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Restaurants und nette Cafés. Der Holzhausenpark, Supermärkte und die Haltestelle Glauburgstraße sind gleich um die Ecke. Außerdem ist man im 20 min zu Fuß bei der Uni oder in 7 min mit dem Fahrrad. Alle U-Bahnen sind zu Fuß erreichbar und auch zur Zeil braucht man nur 20 min zu Fuß. Trotzdem ist es im Die WG rum eher ruhig. Die Lage ist also wirklich perfekt./
The room is about 13m^2 and has a large window facing east. The room is rented including bed plus comfortable mattress, nightstand, large closet, chair and table. The rest of the furniture is from Kristina. We also have a washing machine, storage in the basement and space for bikes in the yard. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and nice cafes. The Holzhausenpark, supermarkets and the Glauburgstraße "Haltestelle" are just around the corner. University is just a 20 min walk away or you can bike 7 minutes. You can easily walk to Hauptwache and all U-Bahn lines. Still the area around the flat is quiet at night. It's perfect.
