The apartment is located in a quiet, beautiful location in the north, near the Nibelungenplatz. The National Library with U5 connection can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. From there you can reach the main railway station in about 10 minutes. Bus and tram stops are 4 to 7 minutes' walk away and offer good connections to all areas.
Rewe, Aldi and Lidl are just a few minutes' walk away. The many bars and cafés in the north are easily reached on foot.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger, schöner Lage im Nordend, nahe dem Nibelungenplatz. Die Nationalbibliothek mit U5-Anbindung ist in etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort gelangt man in rund 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen liegen 4 bis 7 Gehminuten entfernt und bieten gute Verbindungen in alle Stadtteile.
Rewe, Aldi und Lidl sind ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die vielen Bars und Cafés im Nordend erreicht man bequem zu Fuß.

I am Anja and since I do an internship for half a year, my room will be free in this time. You'd share the apartment with Leny (26). She studies architecture in the master and is a living, open person.
If an honest, humorous and respectful approach is important to you, you will surely understand well. Leny is entertaining, likes to spend time with friends: inside or with you as a new roommate – but also likes to have her rest. In her spare time she looks series, goes to the museum or likes to bake.

Wenn dir ein ehrlicher, humorvoller und respektvoller Umgang wichtig ist, werdet ihr euch sicher gut verstehen. Leny ist unternehmungslustig, verbringt gerne Zeit mit Freund:innen oder auch mit dir als neuer Mitbewohnerin – hat aber genauso gerne mal ihre Ruhe. In ihrer Freizeit schaut sie Serien, geht ins Museum oder backt gerne.

Actually, the room has a nice small balcony, which is accessible directly from the room and is used together with Leny. However, due to structural deficiencies, it has been demolished, but is to be rebuilt during this year. Currently there is a rental reduction, so you have to expect an increase in the rent by 28 € as soon as the balcony can be reused – then you can look forward to a great extra.

The room is from 01.07. available until 31.12.2025, if necessary the possibility to take over. Warm rental is 650 €, all costs (Internet, electricity, heating) are included. The deposit is a monthly rental.

The landlord wants to assign the apartment exclusively to female tenants, therefore a sorry to the men.

Eigentlich gehört zu dem Zimmer ein schöner kleiner Balkon, der direkt vom Zimmer aus begehbar ist und gemeinsam mit Leny genutzt wird. Aufgrund baulicher Mängel wurde er jedoch abgerissen, soll aber im Laufe dieses Jahres wieder angebaut werden. Aktuell gibt es eine Mietminderung, daher musst du mit einer Erhöhung der Miete um 28 € rechnen, sobald der Balkon wieder nutzbar ist – dafür kannst du dich dann auf ein tolles Extra freuen.

Das Zimmer ist vom 01.07. bis zum 31.12.2025 verfügbar, eventuell besteht danach die Möglichkeit zur Übernahme. Die Warmmiete beträgt 650 €, alle Kosten (Internet, Strom, Heizung) sind inklusive. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete.

Die Vermieterin möchte die Wohnung ausschließlich an weibliche Mieterinnen vergeben, deshalb ein Sorry an die Männer.
