It is a very well maintained old-family house with super high ceilings.
The WG was founded quite freshly.
Over a very generous entrance area, you get to all the rooms.
The room advertised here has 22qm.
For equipment:
The apartment was lovingly and high quality and designed in white, beige, gray and natural tones (total of modern, cozy, natural and high quality look, #ScandiStyle).
The room is super nicely furnished in the above style, among others with wardrobe, bed, carpet, desk, desk chair, side table, lamps...
A brand new super beautiful white-high-gloss kitchen with beige worktop and dishwasher and large fridge/freezer was installed. There is also a large table with beautiful chairs in the large kitchen.
A watch machine is also available.

Other costs include Internet and GEZ.
The electricity costs are not included, since this is the first experience.

Es handelt sich um ein sehr gepflegtes Altbau-Mehrfamilienhaus mit super hohen Decken.
Die WG wurde erst recht frisch gegründet.
Uber einen sehr großzügigen Eingangsbereich, gelangt man zu allen Zimmern.
Das hier inserierte Zimmer hat 22qm.
Zur Ausstattung:
Die Wohnung wurde liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und in weiß-, beige-, grau-und Natur-Tönen gestaltet (insgesamt moderner, gemütlicher, natürlicher und hochwertiger Look, #ScandiStyle).
Das Zimmer ist in obigem Stil super schön möbliert, u.a. mit Schrank, Bett, Teppich, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Beistelltisch, Lampen...
Eine nagelneue super schöne weiß-Hochglanz Küche mit beiger Arbeitsplatte und Spülmaschine und großem Kühl-/ Gefrierschrank wurde eingebaut. Zudem findet sich ein großer Tisch mit schönen Stühlen in der großen Küche.
Eine Wachmaschine ist ebenso vorhanden.
Weiteres:
In den sonstigen Kosten sind Internet und GEZ enthalten.
Nicht enthalten sind die Stromkosten, da es hierfür ja erstmal Erfahrungswerte.
The central position is simply the hammer. It is one of the best and most beautiful corners of Frankfurt.

- Oeder way with all the beautiful cafes and shops: 2 min
- Underground: 4 min
- Rewe: 300m

Summa Summarum: downtown, university, banking districts are just a stone's throw away.
