The room is free for about 24 days, between the 19th December and the 11th January and I am renting it for this period only (for a total amount of 390€, warm). However, if you need some flexibility with the dates, we can try to work it out together.
It is very probable that my only flatmate, Jonas, (a very likeable, helpful and quiet person) won't be there during your stay, so you'll have the whole place to yourself.
The whole building has been recently renovated. It is nice, quiet and central.
Please note that is a non smoking - no pets apartment.
The apartment is not big but cozy and functional, very well connected (trams, buses and U-Bahn are literally behind the corner, 10 mins to the Central station, 10 mins walking to the main central shopping street of Frankfurt or 2 mins by tram).
There's a 20mbit wireless internet connection (flatrate). Just don't use peer to peer download programs and everything will be fine.
You can use the whole apartment as if you were me (meaning all the rooms with the exception of my flamate's bedroom, of course).
If my room is available it means I am not here, so we can probably meet when I am leaving or some days in advance.
If you come later, my flatmate will welcome you and give you the few infos regarding the flat.
I will try to be available (as much as I can) through phone or email, to help you any time of day (and night, for "emergencies").
We had other short stay flatmates and everything always worked out perfectly.

Nordend is a central quarter of Frankfurt.
Everything is within easy reach by foot, bike or public transportation.
There's plenty of grocery stores around the corner (Rewe, Aldi, Penny, etc.) and all the different kind of shops you need.
Plenty of cafés and restaurants as well, but still quiet.
There are two parks nearby, perfect for jogging, and a swimming pool 10 mins by bike.
Best place in Frankfurt.
There are different lines of trams, buses and U-Bahn running just behind the corner. You can go everywhere in and out the city pretty fast.
Frankfurt central station is 10 mins away by public transport.
Come if you're a civilised person, washing your dishes, cleaning if you get something dirty or paying if you break something.
You can listen to music or invite a friend over for dinner but please, try to keep it quiet to avoid disturbing my flatmate or the neighbours.
