Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und liegt zur Rückseite des Gebäudes. Es ist komplett möbiliert und kommt mit einem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch.
Für monatliche Warmmiete beträgt 675EUR und die Kaution beträgt zwei Warmmiete: 1350 EUR.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofor frei kann aber das EInzugsdatum ist flexibel und können wir gerne diskutieren.
Die Vertragslänge sollte mindestens 3 Monate sein und kann aber bei Bedarf verlängert werden. Das heisst, die Mietdauer ist flexibel und kann besprochen werden.
The room is 16 sq m big and is located towards the backside of the building. It is fully furnished and comes with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and shelves.
The monthly rent with all costs included is 675EUR and the deposite is 1350EUR.
The flat is available from now on but the moving-in date is flexible and we can discuss when you would like to move in.
The contract is for a minimum of 3 months but can be extended if required. I.e., the length is flexible and can be discussed.
Die Wohnung liegt am Anfang einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse von der Friedberger Landstrasse. Der Weg zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist 1min (genau auf der anderen Strassenseite). Mit der Tramstation direkt vor der Haustür dauert es 5min zur Konstablerwache.
The flat is located in the beginning of a side road just off Friedberger Landstrasse. The distance to the nearest pulic transport is literally just across the street (1min walk). From the tram station in front of the house, it is only 5min to Konstablerwache.
Das WG-leben findet in einer grosszügigen geschnitten Wohnung statt. Das Zimmer zu vermieten ist zur Vorderseite der Wohnung raus. Das andere Zimmer ist genau auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung gelegen, was meistens die (kleine aber feine) Küche zum Treffpunkt macht. Es gibt noch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Auch während der Corona-Pandemie kann man sehr gut zu Zweit in der Wohnung leben. Da beide Bewohner home-office zur Zeit machen, verbringen wir, wie das meistens so üblich ist, den Grossteil des Tages mit Arbeit in inseren Zimmern. Außerhalb der Arbeitszeit, treffen wir uns entweder in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer, wo wir dann gemütlich über den Tag reden. Das WG-Leben ist zwanglos und Sachen werden nur zusammen gemacht, wenn beide dazu Lust haben.
The flat is spacious and the empty room is located towards the backyard of the building. My room is on the other end of the flat and thus the (small but cozy) kitchen which is in the middle of the flat mostly becomes the room where we meet. There is also a lounge which has a dinning table and a sofa.
The WG-life is easy-going. Even during Covid-times, the flat is suitable to accommodate two professionals. As most of you, both of us work from home at the moment. Besides work, we usually meet up in the kitchen or living-room where we chat about what happened on the day.
