Ich ziehe in eine andere Stadt und stelle mein Zimmer mit Altbaucharme gern bis zum Ende der Mietvertragslaufzeit (+ evtl. 1 Monat) unmöbliert zur Untermiete zur Verfügung. Bei Bedarf kann ich aber gern ein Bett + Kleiderstange drin lassen.
Das Haus steht zentral im schönen Nordend. Die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek, sowie die Frankfurt School of Finance sind direkt um die Ecke. Auch die Goethe Uni ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle “U5 - Glauburgstraße” ist nur 3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt und bringt dich innerhalb weniger Minuten in die City.
Die Altbauwohnung wurde komplett modernisiert, aber der Charme ist erhalten geblieben.

Im moving into another city and like to put my charming room at the subtenant disposal, but unfurnished. If necessary, I can leave a bed + clothes rail in there.
The house is centrally located in the beautiful Nordend. The German National Library, as well as the Frankfurt School of Finance are right around the corner. The Goethe University is also nearby.
The U-Bahn station "U5 - Glauburgstraße" is only 3 minutes walk from the house and brings you within a few minutes in the city. The old apartment has been completely modernized, but the charm has been preserved.
