Hi zusammen! Ich suche eine*n nette*n, entspannte*n Mitbewohner*in. Da ich bisher immer in WGs gewohnt habe und mein Job mich derzeit stark einspannt, möchte ich an den Wochenenden gerne die Wohnung für mich haben. Deshalb suche ich Leute, die am WE woanders sind. Klingt etwas fies aber wenn ihr mich kennenlernt, merkt ihr vllt, dass ich eigentlich ganz nett bin ;)
Nun zu den Vorzügen:
Die Lage ist super: Fast direkt am Merianplatz, ca. 6 Gehminuten von der Konsti, neben dem Bethmannpark und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Ich arbeite meist Zuhause, habe gerne mal Freund*innen da, koche und naja wat man halt sonst so macht, wenn man lebt. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, deine Klamotten kriegst du sicher unter. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine PS ;) Freu mich auf nette Anfragen
