Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5.Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses, welches hauptsächlich von jungen Menschen bewohnt wird. Neben einem großen Wohnzimmer bietet die Wohnung einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Skyline und hat einen Balkon. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder. Das Zimmer selbst ist 14 Quadratmeter groß. Ein 1.40x2.00m Queensize-Bett inkl. Matratze (erst 2 Monate alt, wie neu), große Kommode für Kleidung, Nachtkästchen und Stuhl können für nur 80€ übernommen werden.
The apartment is in a big house that is mainly populated with young and friedly people. There is a big living room with a breathtaking view on Frankfurt´s skyline and a balcony. The room itself is 14 square meters and the apartment has two bathrooms. A queen size bed including mattress (only 2 months old, like new), large chest of drawers for clothes, night box and chair can be taken over for only 80€.
Die Lage ist absolut super! Das Nordend hat viele coole Restaurants und Bars und die Hauptwache ist zu Fuß nur etwa 15 Minuten entfernt. Die U-Bahn Station "Grüneburgweg" ist direkt vor der Tür und es gibt direkt ums Eck einen Supermarkt.
The location is amazing. The area has lots of cool bars and restaurant and the city center (Hauptwache) is only 15 minutes to walk. There is an underground station literally in front of the door and a supermarket around the corner.
Die Wohnung an sich ist klasse, jedoch das mit Abstand beste an ihr sind die Mitbewohner. Wir sind eine aktive und offene WG und unternehmen häufig etwas zusammen oder machen Sport - nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss.
Wenn du nicht nur auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer bist sondern auch schnell etwas Anschluss finden möchtest, dann bist du hier genau richtig! :-)
Einzug ist ab sofort möglich, spätestens zum 15.11. suchen wir jemanden.
The apartement itself is great, the best thing about it, however, are the roommates! We are a very active and open group of friends and are always up for a trip or some sports.
If you are not only looking for a room but also a big international circle of friends, you are going to love it here! :-)
