Nach 4 Jahren in der WG, ziehe ich nun mit meiner Freunding zusammen und daher sind wir auf der Suche nach neuen Mitbewohnern für die WG :). Das Zimmer liegt im 2. OG einer schön renovierten Altbauwohnung und ist ca. 20m² groß. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert, inkl. Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Bett, TV etc. und damit direkt zum Einziehen bereit :). Durch die großen Fenster ist es schön hell. Die 750 € Miete umfassen alle Nebenkosten inkl. Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet, GEZ und Reinigungsservice alle 2 Wochen.
Die WG insgesamt ist ca. 130m² groß und umfasst u.a. einen schönen großen Balkon, Küche und Wohnzimmer.
In der Küche gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Trockner. Das Bad ist sowohl mit Dusche als auch Badewanne ausgestattet.
The room is located on the 3rd floor and roughly 25m² in size. It's fully furnished e.g. with a queensize bed, closet, TV and desk. The room is bright and comfy to live. The 750 Euro rent include costs for water, elctricity, heating and also Internet and cleaning service every 2 weeks.
Overall, the apartment is about 130m² and incl. a large balcony, kitchen and living room.
A washing machine, dishwasher and dryer are available to use in the kitchen.
Die WG befindet sich an der Eschersheimer Landstraße in direkter Nähe zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Grüneburgweg. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Alnatura, DM, Rewe, Penny), Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in der Umgebung (z.B. Oeder Weg). Mit dem Holzhausen-Park gibt es direkt um die Ecke auch einen schönen Park zum Entspannen.
Auf der einen Seite kann man bequem zu Fuß die Inennstadt erreichen (<15 min), auf der anderen Seite ist man auch schnell auf der Autobahn. Parkmöglichkeiten sind mit Bewohnerparken um das Apartment herum gut zu finden.
The shared housing is located in Eschersheimer Landstraße, close by the U-Bahn stop Grüneburgweg and also nearby Goethe Uni. There are plenty of shopping opportunities, bars, parks and restaurants nearby.
It's easy to reach the city center by foot or via subway and the highway is also within minutes of reach. Resident parking is available and fairly easy to find.
Wir wohnen bisher zu viert in der WG und durch die große Küche, den Balkon oder auch das Wohnzimmer kommt man immer wieder in Kontakt :). Wir haben zusammen gekocht, Sport gemacht oder andere Dinge unternommen und gerne zusammengelebt. Bisher war die WG bunt gemischt, mit verschiedenen Nationalitäten und Geschlechtern und so konnte man auch viel voneinander lernen und Spaß haben.
Aktuell sind alle Mitbewohner berufstätig, und obwohl gerne immer mal wieder etwas zusammen unternommen wurde, ist es auch völlig normal wenn man eher für sich bleibt oder nach einem langen Arbeitstag eher auf der Suche nach Ruhe ist.
The apartment is for 4 people, and the large kitchen, balcony and living room make it easy to meet each other. We cooked together, or did sports or other activities and really enjoyed living together. There was a mix of genders, nationalities and ages and hence it was easy to learn from each other and have fun together.
Currently all the flatmates are working and although we liked to do something together from time to time it's perfectly normal to enjoy an evening by yourself and seek for some relaxing time after a stressful workday.
