The beautiful and bright flat is located on the 5th and 6th floor of a house in the Oederweg with a balcony to the East. On the 5th floor there is the open kitchen, the living room as well as both personal rooms, and a bath with shower and toilet. On the 6th floor there is a second bathroom incl. a bathtube. Upstairs there is also a further small room which we sometimes use for guests. Your room would be the left one on the 5th floor. It's sized about 16 sqm and is furnished with a 140x200 bed incl. 2 big drawers and mattress (if you like), an open cupboard, and a rollable and in height adjustable desk, as well as a 27 inch monitor and a 50 inch TV.
The flat provides you also with a big freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 100 Mbits internet, ... And everything else you see on the pictures:)
The flat is located on the 5th and 6th floor of a house in the Oederweg, Nordend-West. On foot you need 2 minutes to the next Rewe and bakery, 3 min to the tram (Eschenheimer Tor) and a cinema, 5 min to DM and many restaurants etc. The Zeil you reach within a 8 min walk. So, more central is not possible;)
Your flatmate will be Anderson who is Brazilian and speaks Portuguese, Italian, English, and German. He's a very kind, relaxed and openminded guy, and an amazing cook. We don't have a cleaning plan but nevertheless the flat is most of the time in a good condition.
The final price is 850 per month and includes everything: the rent, all side costs incl heating, water, energy, insurances and internet. You would need to take the room for at least 3 months within the specified range above but you can also take it the entire period.
