The flat consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom all in separate rooms. The flat has a basement available for storage 4m^2.
In the flat at the moment there is Leonela, a german student doing an internship, she will stay until the 15th of december.
We are mainly looking for someone who wants to stay with the main tenant contract, the second room where Leonela is staying can be rented at the drop of a hat.
The reason why I want to transfer the contract is because I will soon be leaving Frankfurt.

Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einer Küche, einem Wohnzimmer und einem Bad, die alle in separaten Räumen. Die Wohnung hat einen Keller zur Verfügung für die Lagerung 4m^2.
In der Wohnung ist im Moment Leonela, eine deutsche Studentin, die ein Praktikum macht, sie wird bis zum 15. Dezember bleiben.
Wir suchen hauptsächlich jemanden, der mit dem Hauptmieter zusammenbleiben möchte, das zweite Zimmer, in dem Leonela wohnt, kann kurzfristig vermietet werden.
Der Grund, warum ich den Vertrag übertragen möchte, ist, dass ich Frankfurt bald verlassen werde.

The flat is located two minutes from the underground station Grunerburweg and 15 minutes walk from Hauptwache.
In 4 minutes there is a Rewe supermarket, and in the same direction in 7 minutes there is a Penny.
The area is well located and with a resident's permit you can park relatively well. In front of the house there is a music school which you can listen to some Sundays from the house.

In 4 Minuten gibt es einen Rewe-Supermarkt, und in der gleichen Richtung in 7 Minuten einen Penny.
Die Gegend ist gut gelegen und mit einer Anwohnergenehmigung kann man relativ gut parken. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine Musikschule, der man an manchen Sonntagen vom Haus aus zuhören kann.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und nachts gut beleuchtet.
