Hey ihr Lieben,
das Zimmer bleibt so, wie auf dem Foto und ist für 3 Monate zu vermieten. Alle Möbel bleiben drin. Das Bad ist hell und mit großem Fenster ausgestattet. Die Küche ist das absolute Highlight der Wohnung, nur ohne Spülmaschine.
Die Lage ist super zentral gelegen, allerdings an einer recht stark befahrenen Straße. Mit offenem Fenster ist es also etwas lauter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, LIDL, ALDI, PENNY) sind innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnlinien 12 und 18 sowie die Buslinie M32 sind ebenfalls in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Am Güntersburgpark seid ihr auch schnell.
Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig. Ich (Hannah) arbeite selber 20 Stunden die Woche und schreibe nebenbei an meiner Masterarbeit. Alles läuft aber getreu dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss". Ich freue mich auch auf gemeinsame Koch- und/oder Spieleabende und ein bisschen quatschen in der gemütlichen Küche :)

Hey everyone,
the room remains as shown in the photo and is for rent for 3 months. All furniture will stay inside. The bathroom is bright and equipped with large a window. The kitchen is the absolute highlight of the apartment, only without a dishwasher.
The location is super central, but on a fairly busy street. So with an open window it is a bit noisy. Shopping facilities (REWE, LIDL, ALDI, PENNY) are within 5-15 minutes walking distance. Trams 12 and 18 as well as busline M32 can also be reached in 5-10 minutes. Güntersburgpark is also in close walking distance.
The WG life is rather quiet. I (Hannah) work 20 hours a week and am writing my master thesis as well as spending a lot of time at my boyfriend's place. Still I'm also looking forward to cooking and/or playing games together and chatting a bit in the cozy kitchen :)
