The Friedberger Warte bus and tram station, grocery shops are very close can be seen from the front door.
Guenthersberg park and Wasserpark are also very close to the house. WiFi / LAN point in the room, with high speed internet. Modest garden at the back, with seating under a glass roof.
Within close proximity; Aldi, Lidl, Tegut, Toom, 24 hr Aral station, 23hr McDonalds, Public transport.
