The first room is 13 sqm and looks into the backyard. It has a built-in flatbed and its own access to a sink. The second room is slightly larger with about 16 square meters and overlooks the street.
Das erste Zimmer ist 13 qm groß und blickt in den Hinterhof. Es hat ein eingebautes Hochebenenbett sowie einen eigenen Zugang zu einem Waschbecken. Das zweite Zimmer ist mit ca 16 qm etwas größer und blickt auf die Straße.
The apartment is located directly on Friedberger Platz and accordingly centrally in the north. The position is thus also perfectly connected to the trams 12 and 18. Metro stops are also quickly reached. Supermarkets are close in all directions of heaven, a more expensive than just off the front door.
There are also a lot of nice pubs nearby.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Friedberger Platz und dementsprechend mittig im Nordend. Die Lage ist damit auch perfekt an die Trams 12 und 18 angebunden. U-Bahn-Haltestellen sind auch schnell erreicht. Supermärkte gibt es in alle Himmelsrichtungen nah, ein teurer denns liegt sofar direkt vor der Haustür.
Außerdem gibt es eine Menge netter Kneipen in direkter Nähe.
Hello you love, we are looking for two rental companies for our WG in the north.
We are Christopher and Olmo, both rather quieter in coexistence, especially since Christopher (30) is writing his master's degree and Olmo (32) works in shiftwork. Right in front: Sexism, racism, anti-Semitism and homopohbie do not go for us and should not find any place in this apartment. We do not perform purpose WG and share costs for purchases etc.
The WG is in the break and our two rooms are expected to be free in a few months. So there is potential for a step-by-step re-establishment or joint WG building.
Hallo ihr lieben, wir suchen zwei Nachmieter*innen für unsere WG im Nordend.
Wir sind Christopher und Olmo, beide eher etwas ruhiger im Zusammenleben, vor allem da Christopher (30) gerade seine Masterabreit schreibt und Olmo (32) im Schichtdienst arbeitet. Gleich vorneweg: Sexismus, Rassismus, Antisemitismus und Homopohbie gehen für uns garnicht und sollen in dieser Wohnung auch keinen Platz finden. Wir führen keine zweck WG und teilen Kosten für Einkäufe etc.
Die WG befindet sich im Umbruch und auch unsere beiden Zimmer werden voraussichtlich in einigen Monaten frei. Also gibt es hier Potenzial für eine stufenweise Neugründung oder gemeinsamen WG-Aufbau.
