Our roommate Sophia is moving out at the end of february and we are looking for a new roommate for her room. The moving in dates are a flexible so don't hesitate to contact us.
Her room is fully furnished and has a bed, desk, desk chair and closet.
The room is located in the back of the WG, so not facing the main street and therefore one of the quietest.
There is no down payment.
There are two bathrooms with toilets, shower and bathtub are separate.

Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, also kontaktiere uns gerne, auch wenn du das Zimmer schon etwas früher oder später brauchst.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und verfügt über ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und Schrank.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im hinteren Teil der WG, also nicht zur Hauptstraße zugewandt und daher eines der Leisesten.
Eine Abschlagszahlung gibt es nicht.
Es gibt zwei Bäder mit Toiletten, Dusche und Badewanne sind separat.

The flat is located in the city district Oberrad. The train station of the lines 15 and 16 are 1 minute away from our flat. With those, it takes about 15 minute to the city center and 25 minutes to campus Westend. 🚉
It takes about 5 minutes to the next grocery store Rewe, and about 10 minutes to reach the Main River by foot. 🛒🌳

Die WG liegt im Stadtteil Oberrad 1min von der Haustür entfernt fahren die Straßenbahnlinien 15 &16. Mit diesen erreicht man die Innenstadt im 15 Minuten und den Campus Westend in 25min🚉
Rewe in 5min zu Fuß, zum Mainufer läuft man ca 10 min🛒🌳

We are between 22 and 29 years old. Moeed is working as a software developer for an airline and does sports like running or bicycling on the weekends, Sumi works for a korean company in Fankfurt and is new in the flat, Florian is working for an investment company and currently set up his own startup and our fourth roommate - Brzan - is working at the airport and is great cook who loves cooking Turkish and Syrian meals for the hole flat 🍛

So far there have been no problems with the neighbors as well as with the property management.
For us, keeping the flat clean is one of the priorities. We respect each other’s privacy and communicate problems when they occur to avoid a toxic atmosphere :)
There is a cleaning plan so that the flat is cleaned at every week.
We are looking for a roommate that is interested in doing something together with us instead of staying in her or his room all the time since it is not supposed to be for the limited purpose of just sharing the flat. 😇

Bisher gab es keine Probleme mit den Nachbarn sowie mit der Hausverwaltung.
Für uns stehen Sauberkeit und Ordnung an oberster Stelle sowie ein respektvolles Miteinander. Wir sprechen Probleme an wen sie entstehen, da keiner Lust auf eine toxische WG Atmosphäre hat :)
Es gibt einen Putzplan, sodass die WG jede Woche einmal geputzt wird.
Für das freie Zimmer suchen wir jemanden, der Lust hat, mit uns zusammen etwas zu unternehmen und nicht den ganzen Tag im Zimmer bleibt und nur nach einer Zweck-WG sucht. 😇
