Ich habe eine wunderschöne Wohnung in Oberrad gefunden, die sich auf zwei Etagen (1. & 2. Stock) verteilt. In der Wohnung befinden sich drei etwa gleichgroße Schlafzimmer, eine neue, gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Bäder sowie ein extra WC.
Zwei der Schlafzimmer befinden sich in der oberen Etage, das dritte liegt zusammen mit Küche und Wohnzimmer darunter.
Es gibt außerdem einen süßen Innenhof, der zusammen mit der Wohnung unter uns benutzt werden kann.
Ich kann es nicht genau sagen, aber alle Zimmer sind zwischen 10 und 15 qm groß.
Da der Vermieter schlechte Vorerfahrung mit Untermiete gemacht hat, möchte er, dass alle Mitbewohner im Mietvertrag stehen.
I found a beautiful two-storey flat(1st and second floor). There are three roughly equal sized bedrooms, a new and very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob), 2 full bathrooms and an extra toilet. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor, the third is on the first floor together with the kitchen and a living room. Additionally there is a shared courtyard.
All of the rooms are around 10-15 square meters.
Since the landlord had bad experiences with subletting, he asks that all tenants sign the rental agreement
Die Wohnung liegt in Oberrad. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Flaschenburgstraße ist eine Minute von der Haustür entfernt und ermöglicht eine fantastische Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. In wenigen Minuten kann man so die S-Bahnhaltestelle Mühlberg erreichen oder mit der Straßenbahn bequem nach Sachsenhausen durchfahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Fußnähe.
The flat is located in Oberrad. The next tram station is "Flaschenburgstraße" and is just a minute walking distance away, a fantastic connection to the local public transport. You can reach the metro station "Mühlberg" or take the tram all the way to "Sachsenhausen". There are plenty of shopping facilities in walking distance.
Da, wie oben erwähnt, diese WG erst gegründet wird, gibt es hier ein paar Worte zu mir:
Ich heiße Fabi und bin 22 Jahre alt. Nach einem Jahr in Amsterdam werde ich mein Soziologiestudium nun in Frankfurt an der Goethe-Uni fortsetzen. Ich habe viel Spaß an meinem Studium und verbringe entsprechend viel Zeit damit, bin aber dennoch immer für abendliche Aktivitäten zu haben. Ich interessiere mich für Philosophie und Politik und bin gelegentlich sportlich aktiv. Ich habe in Amsterdam Spaß an politischen Engagement gefunden und würde dies gerne auch in Frankfurt fortführen.
As I mentioned above this WG is just being founded so a few words about me: My name is Fabi and I am 22 years old. After completing my first year in Amsterdam I will continue my sociology Bachelor in Frankfurt at the Goethe-University. I enjoy my degree and I am spending lots of time on it but would also love to socialize with my flatmates in the evenings. Im interested in philosophy and politics and every now and then I do some sports. In Amsterdam I enjoyed being politically engaged and would love to be in Frankfurt as well.
