Es handelt sich um eine Warmmiete inkl. der Möbel, lediglich Strom und Internet laufen separat .
Dein Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca 13 qm. Die Wohnung insgesamt 53 qm...
Im Flur, der so geräumig ist, dass hier auch bequem gemeinsam gegessen werden kann, befindet sich ein Esstisch mit Stühlen.
Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich ebenfalls die Straßenbahn die mit den Linien 15 und 16 im 5 Minuten Takt in die Stadtmitte fährt. Am Südbahnhof ist man nach ca. 10-12 Minuten. Nächste S Bahn Station ist Mühlberg zu der man nach ca.5-7 Minuten gelangt. Wenn´s am Wochenende mal später wird hält auch der Nachtbus N63 direkt vor der Tür!!!!
Das Haus ist zurückversetzt von der Offenbacher Landstr. und somit stört die Straßenbahn akustisch nicht im Geringsten. Fluglärm ist zu 80% kein Thema, da die Flieger parallel zum Gebäude im Landeanflug sind. Nur wenn der Wind irgendwie anders steht und über Oberrad gestartet wird sind die Maschinen zu hören..

Your room has a size of about 13 square meters. The apartment total 53 square meters.
In the hallway, which is so spacious that you can comfortably eat together, there is a dining table with chairs.
The tram is also right in front of the door, with lines 15 and 16 going every 5 minutes to the city center. You are at the Südbahnhof in about 10-12 minutes. The next S Bahn station is Mühlberg, which can be reached in about 5-7 minutes. If it gets later on the weekend, the night bus N63 also stops right in front of the door !!!!
The house is set back from Offenbacher Landstr. and so the tram doesn't bother acoustically in the least. 80% of aircraft noise is not an issue, as the planes are approaching the landing parallel to the building. The machines can only be heard when the wind is somehow different and the upper wheel is started.

Die WG befindet sich in Frankfurt Oberrad. Einem grünen Stadtteil auf der südlichen Mainseite und grenzt im Westen an Sachsenhausen. Oberrad ist auch als Gärtnerdorf bekannt. Direkt vor der Wohnung befinden sich die Gärten und Felder aus denen die bekannte Frankfurter Spezialität "Grie Soß" hergestellt wird.
Das heißt du wohnst wie auf dem Land mit den leckeren Gerüchen, die die Kräuter vor allem im Sommer von sich geben. Gehst du über die Felder, die sich auch hervorragend dafür eignen zu joggen oder auch einen kleinen Spaziergang zu unternehmen, kommst du direkt an den Main auf der Höhe der bekannten Gerbermühle. Hier heißt es dann Sehen und Gesehen werden..... ;-)
Am Mainufer ist eigentlich immer was los.......
Über den Kaiserlai ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten auf der A 661 und von dort auch direkt auf der A 5 und A 3. Weiterer großer Vorteil dieser WG ist, dass man nicht durch die City muss um hierher zu kommen. Einfach Kaiserlai abgefahren und nach 5 Minuten ohne Stau ist man zu Hause. Besuch von weiter weg wird es einem danken..... ;-) Ein REWE ist fußläufig erreichbar, wird größer eingekauft ist man in 2-3 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn vor Ort.
The flat share is located in Frankfurt Oberrad. A green district on the south side of the Main and borders Sachsenhausen to the west. Oberrad is also known as the gardener's village. Directly in front of the apartment are the gardens and fields from which the famous Frankfurt specialty "Grie Soß" is made.
That means you live like in the country with the delicious smells that the herbs give off, especially in summer. If you walk across the fields, which are also ideal for jogging or taking a short walk, you will come directly to the Main at the height of the famous Gerbermühle. Here it is then to see and be seen ..... ;-)
There is always something going on on the banks of the Main .......
Via Kaiserlai you can drive to the A 661 in 5 minutes and from there directly to the A 5 and A 3. Another big advantage of this flat share is that you don't have to go through the city to get here. Just drive off Kaiserlai and after 5 minutes without a traffic jam you are at home. Visits from further away will thank you ..... ;-) A REWE is within walking distance, if you buy larger items you can get there in 2-3 minutes by tram.
Wie im Titel erwähnt besteht die Möglichkeit dass du die neue Zusammensetzung der WG aktiv mit entscheiden kannst.
Das zweite Zimmer wird ebenfalls neu bezogen werden.

Zu der Wohnung gehört ebenfalls ein Parkplatz in der abschließbaren Tiefgarage, es besteht die Möglichkeit, aber nicht die Verpflichtung diesen ebenfalls zu mieten.
Kosten betragen zusätzlich 80,- EUR pro Monat.
The apartment also has a parking space in the lockable underground car park; it is possible, but not obligatory, to rent this as well.
Costs are an additional 80,- EUR per month.
