In unserer 3er WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Wir suchen nach einer Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner für Zwischenmiete zwischen 01.07.2023 und 31.08.2023. Das wäre perfekt für ein Sommerpraktikum. Das Zimmer ist Home-Office fähig (genug Platz für einen Schreibtisch, Internet, ruhig). Der Mietvertrag wird vom Vormieter übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, zwei Bändern und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (gehobener Standard) und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bei Bedarf kann ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage angemietet werden oder kostenlos an der Straße parken (i.d.R. kein Problem).
Wir haben eine riesige Terasse mit Grill die im Sommer immer gerne für einen Aperol genutzt wird.

One of our standout features is the large terrace, complete with a barbecue, which is always a hit for enjoying an Aperol Spritz during the summer.
