Ich vermiete für insgesamt 4 Monate bis Ende September 2018 ab dem 1.Juni mein 17qm-Zimmer im Ostend direkt am Zoo zwischen Innenstadt und EZB. Ich selbst ziehe in meine eigenen vier Wände und mein Mitbewohner Stelios ebenfalls Ende September. Du könntest bei Interesse also auch neuer Hauptmieter werden und eine neue WG gründen. Ist natürlich kein Muss!
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine SEHR große, neu eingerichtete Küche mit angrenzendem Balkon, ein Bad, einen Abstellraum und einen größeren Eingangsbereich.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Tisch, einem Ordnerschrank sowie einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank. Leider hat es kein Bett, da ich meins mitnehmen werde.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig.

I am renting my 17qm room in the Ostend directly located between city center and the ECB for 4 months: from the 1st of June until the 30th of september 2018. I myself move into my own four walls and my roommate Stelios also in late September. If you are interested, you might become the new main tenant and find yourself a new flatmate, if you want. But this is just an option.
The apartment is very spacious and has a VERY large new kitchen with adjoining balcony, a bathroom, a storage room and a larger entrance area.
The room is furnished with a table, a filing cabinet and a spacious wardrobe. Unfortunately it does not have a bed as I will take mine with me.
Despite the central location it is very quiet.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel könnte nicht besser sein: Sowohl die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Zoo (alle 4 Minuten U-Bahnen) als auch die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Ostendstraße (u. a. S-Bahnen direkt zum Hauptbahnhof und Flughafen) befinden sich keine 5 Minuten entfernt von der Wohnung.
Die Lage ist superzentral: Die Konstablerwache oder die Berger Straße erreicht ihr zu Fuß in 8 Min.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung (max. 5 Minuten) gibt es einen Penny und Rossmann (direkt an der Zoo-Passage). Wer ein bisschen weiter laufen möchte (8 Min), der findet auch einen Rewe.
Besonders für Personen, die ein Praktikum bei der EZB absolvieren, bietet sich das Zimmer an. Diese ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Im Sommer lädt der wunderschöne Alfred-Brehm-Platz um die Ecke dazu ein, mit schönem Blick aufs Zoogebäude einen Kaffee zu trinken

The connection to the public transport could not be better: The underground station Zoo (every 4 minutes subways) as well as the S-Bahn stop Ostendstraße (including S-Bahn lines directly to the main station and airport) are within 5 minutes by foot away from the apartment.
The location is supercentral: the Konstablerwache or the Bergerstraße can be reached on foot in 8 min.
In the immediate vicinity (max. 5 minutes) there is a Penny supermarket and Rossmann (directly at the Zoo-Passage). Who wants to run a bit further (8 min), who also finds a Rewe.
The room is particularly suitable for those who are doing an internship at the ECB. This is within a 10 minute walk.
In the summer the beautiful Alfred-Brehm-Platz invites you to drink a coffee with a beautiful view of the Zoo building
Ihr wohnt mit Stelios zusammen, der in der Hotel-Branche berufstätig ist und dazu auch am Wochenende noch arbeitet. Berufstätige werden entsprechend bevorzugt. Wenn es aber passt, könnte es auch ein Student sein - Stichwort ist Rücksichtnahme und keine Party-WG ;) Da Stelios schon früh anfängt zu arbeiten, kommt man sich morgens beim Fertigmachen übrigens nicht in die Quere. :)
Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme, da wir beide berufstätig sind. Wir haben zudem eine Putzfrau, die zwei Mal im Monat kommt und alle Zimmer gründlich putzt. Hierfür fallen noch 45 Euro zusätzlich im Monat an. Ansonsten ist allerdings ALLES in der Miete enthalten.

You are living with Stelios, who is working in the hotel industry and is also working on the weekend. so our preference is someone, who is also working. Since Stelios starts early to work, you will have the appartment for yourself in the morning to prepare yourself. :)
Cleanliness and mutual respect is very important for us. We also have a cleaning lady who comes twice a month and thoroughly cleanes all the rooms. For this, each of us pays her 45 euros per month. Otherwise everything is included in the rent
