hier in unserem schönen Sechsfamilien-Haus, mitten in der City (sehr nette beliebte Lage) ist von 1.11.19-10.01.20. eine möblierte WG-Beteiligung neu zu vergeben.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit einem unschlagbarem Mietpreis von 425€ pro Monat (Warmmiete). Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 zeitgemäße Bäder, eine voll eingerichtete große Küche sowie einen Aufenthaltsraum ähnlich Wohnzimmer – und natürlich über sehr nette Mitbewohner, von denen alle berufstätig, aufgeschlossen und sehr unkompliziert sind.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Wochenend-Heimfahrer (ist aber natürlich keine Bedingung) oder auch für ein Praktikum geeignet. Die Anbindung ist super - die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Tür ab und die nächst gelegene S- und U-Bahn Stationen sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Zudem gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (dm, Penny, ALDI, Rewe, EDEKA) in der Nähe und zur Zeil braucht man mit der Bahn 5-10 Minuten und zu Fuß nicht mehr als 20. Zudem ist der Main auch nur knappe 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

In our shared flat a fully furnished room will be available up from 1.11.19-10.01.20.
The flat is part of a nice six-family house, which is located in the city center of Frankfurt in a nice and popular area. The room is very well equipped and with a total rent of 425€ per month. The flat has 2 contemporary bathrooms, a fully equipped large kitchen and a common room similar to a living room – and of course very nice flat mates, who are all working, open-minded and uncomplicated.
The flat would be perfectly suited for weekend commuters (though, that’s not a condition of course) or interns. Moreover, it is perfectly connected to public traffic – the next street railway station is directly in front of the house, and the next metro (S- and U-Bahn) stations are located within less than 5 minutes walking distance. Moreover, there are various shopping facilities nearby, including dm, Penny, ALDI, Rewe, EDEKA, and it takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the main shopping street Zeil by public transport and not more than 20 minutes by foot. On top of that, it takes less than 5 minutes to get to the river Main.
