Lieber zukünftige Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner,
ich freue mich dich kennen zu lernen. Ich bin seit 7 Jahren Frankfurter und bis sehr begeistert von der Stadt. Ich hoffe du wirst es auch werden.
Das Leben in der WG ist eher langweilig. In der Regel bin ich von Montag bis Donnerstag nicht zu Hause sondern für den Job unterwegs. Freitag bis Sonntag nutze ich dann eher zum entspannen als groß Party machen. Grundsätzlich heißt das: Alles kann, nichts muss. Wenn die Chemie passt, dann können wir gern zusammen tanzend und lachend durch die Frankfurter Clubs ziehen. Falls die Chemie nicht passt, ist das auch okay. Grundsätzlich suche ich jedoch eine Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner. Wir müssen also nicht beste Freunde werden.
Wichtig für mich ist nur:
- Sauberkeit
- Ordnung in der Wohnung (Dein Zimmer ist mir egal)
- Anstand und friedliches Zusammenleben

Dear future roommate,
I'm glad to meet you. I have been in Frankfurt for 7 years and am very enthusiastic about the city. I hope you will, too.
Life in the flat is rather boring. Usually I am not at home from Monday to Thursday but on the road for my job. Friday to Sunday I use it more for relaxing than for having a big party. Basically, this means: Everything can, nothing must. If the chemistry is right, we can dance and laugh together in the Frankfurt clubs. If the chemistry isn't right, that's fine. Basically, however, I am looking for a roommate. So we don't have to be best friends.
The only thing that matters to me is:
- tidiness
- Order in the apartment (I don't care about your room)
- Decency and peaceful coexistence
