Zimmer und Wohnung
Nach fünf Jahren, ziehe ich nun aus persönlichen Gründen nach Berlin und suche eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein schönes Zimmer in der besten WG ever. Das Zimmer kostet 453€/Monat, alles inklusive (GEZ, Internet, Strom, Heizkosten, etc.). Die Wohnung verbraucht extrem wenig Strom und hat sehr niedrige Heizkosten.

Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß mit einem 1,90m Bett und einer guten Emma Matratze, großen PAX-Kleiderschrank, Regalen, Lampen usw. Nur den kleinen Schreibtisch nehme ich mit. Du kannst praktisch einziehen und direkt wohnen.
Die Wohnung ist in einem sauberen Zustand und schon eingerichtet mit einem großen Flur (Esstisch+Sofa), einer vollständig eingerichteten Küche (mit Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd und allen möglichen Utensilien) und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Über den weiteren Flur entlang kommst du zu den Zimmern der Mitbewohnern.

Das Möbel in meinem Zimmer, sowie der Anteil an der Waschmaschine müssen übernommen werden. Dafür hätte ich gerne eine Abschlagszahlung i.H.v. 500€.

Lage
Zentrale Lage in Frankfurt in Ostend mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung, direkt(!) bei der U7-Bahnhaltestelle "Habsburgerallee" (wo auch der Bus 32 abfährt), 2 Stationen zu der Konstablerwache. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich Dominos-Pizza und Bäcker Eifler, um die Ecke - ein großer REWE, ein Gemüseladen und ein weiterer Bäcker.

WG-Leben
Es ist keine Party-WG. Deine Mitbewohner heißen Gia-Danh und Jonathan, die beiden sind berufstätig, ruhig, sehr sauber und nett. Gia-Danh ist IT Consultant/Programmierer, Jonathan promoviert in Chemie an der Goethe Universität. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, jeder hat seinen Bereich und respektiert die anderen. Die Wohnung ist so geschnitten, dass man sich selten sieht, die beiden Jungs sind oft entweder unterwegs oder machen was in ihren Zimmern.
Nichtsdestotrotz sind die beiden für gemeinsame Aktivitäten unter der Woche oder auch am Wochenende offen. Wir haben einen Putzplan und die Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig.

Room and flat
After five years, I am now moving to Berlin for personal reasons and am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful room in the best shared flat ever. The room costs 453€/month, all inclusive (GEZ, internet, electricity, heating costs, etc.). The apartment consumes extremely little electricity and has very low heating costs.

The room is 15 square meters with a 1.90m bed and a good Emma mattress, large PAX closet, shelves, lamps etc.. I only take the small desk with me. You can practically move in and live right away.
The apartment is in a clean condition and already furnished with a large hallway (dining table + sofa), a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine, microwave, stove and all kinds of utensils) and a bathroom with bathtub. Further down the corridor you will find the rooms of the roommates.

The furniture in my room and the share of the washing machine must be taken over. I would like a payment of €500 for those.

Location
The apartment is perfectly located next to the centre of Frankfurt in Ostend right at the U7 subway station station „Habsburgerallee“, which also has a Bus stop for line 32 and is only two stations away from Konstablerwache - the main subway hub. There is a bakery and a pizzeria right in front of the house, and another bakery, as well as a large REWE supermarket and a veggie store around the corner.

Flatshare life
It's not a party flat share. Your flatmates are Gia-Danh and Jonathan, who are both working, quiet, very clean and nice. Gia-Danh is an IT consultant/programmer, Jonathan is doing his PhD in chemistry at Goethe University. Life in the shared flat is very relaxed, everyone has their own space and respects the others. The apartment is laid out in such a way that you rarely see each other, the two boys are often either out and about or doing something in their rooms.
Nevertheless, they are both open to doing things together during the week or at the weekend. We have a cleaning schedule and cleanliness is important to us!
