Dein potentiell neues Zimmer bietet 17qm Wohnfläche (unmöbliert) und überzeugt durch einen Zugang zu unserem 10qm großen Balkon, der in die grünen Hinterhöfe hinausgeht. Im Sommer sitzen wir auch gern zusammen dort und wollen dieses Jahr etwas mehr an der Begrünung arbeiten.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, in der Küche ist genügend Platz zum Sitzen und Kochen. An die Küche schließt sich noch ein kleiner Balkon an, der zur Ostendstraße gelegen ist und abends zum Dämmersonnegenießen einlädt. Das Bad hat etwa 10qm und ist mit einer Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Eine Spülmaschine in der Küche gibt es auch.

Your potentially new room offers 17sqm of living space (unfurnished) and convinces with an access to our 10sqm balcony, which faces the green backyards. In the summer we also like to sit together there and want to work a little more on the greenery this year.
The apartment is spacious, there is enough space in the kitchen to sit and cook. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small balcony facing Ostendstraße, which invites you to enjoy the twilight sun in the evening. The bathroom has about 10sqm and is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Ostendstraße direkt bei der Obermainanlage, es sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Main, 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn Ostendstraße, ein kleines Stück weiter zum Zoo, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Konsti, 10 Minuten nach Sachsenhausen, man kommt also überall schnell hin. Einkaufen, Post etc. ist auch alles in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in Ostendstraße directly at the Obermainanlage, it is 3 minutes walk to the Main river, 5 minutes to the S-Bahn Ostendstraße, a little further to the zoo, 10 minutes walk to Konsti, so you can get everywhere quickly. Shopping, post office etc. is also all nearby.
In der WG bleiben Johanna und Laura. Johanna arbeitet als Psychologin und macht gleichzeitig die Weiterbildung zur Psychotherapeutin, Laura schreibt ihre Masterarbeit und arbeitet nebenher, zurzeit vor allem im Homeoffice.
Wir mögen gemeinsames Kaffeetrinken, Pancake-Frühstücke, ein Auge aufeinander haben und gleichzeitig Ruhe gönnen, wenn es gerade gebraucht wird. Wir ernähren uns hauptsächlich vegetarisch/vegan und probieren gerne neue Rezepte aus oder bestellen auch mal gemeinsam etwas zu essen *support the locals*.
Unter der Woche sind wir beide mit Arbeit bzw Studium eingespannt und freuen uns wenn wir uns abends zum Kochen und quatschen treffen.
Am Wochenende unternehmen wir gerne etwas, sei es nur ein Glas Wein entspannt auf dem Balkon oder auf Radtour, und wenn kein Lockdown ist auch gerne Wochen- und Flohmärkte, Restaurants oder Museen entdecken.
Wir haben zurzeit einen festen Putzplan, Sauberkeit ist uns zum Wohlfühlen wichtig. Es wäre schön, wenn du etwa ähnlich unterwegs bist.

Johanna and Laura remain in the WG. Johanna works as a psychologist and at the same time is doing further training to become a psychotherapist, Laura is writing her master's thesis and works part-time, currently mainly remotely.
We like to drink coffee together, have pancake breakfasts, keep an eye on each other and at the same time allow rest when needed. We eat a mostly vegetarian/vegan diet and like to try new recipes or order take out together sometimes *support the locals*.
During the week we are both busy with work and study and are happy to meet in the evening for cooking and chatting.
On weekends we like to do something, be it just chilling on the balcony with a glass of wine or on a bike tour, and if there is no lockdown we also like to discover weekly and flea markets, restaurants or museums.
We currently have a fixed cleaning schedule, cleanliness is important to us to feel good. It would be nice if you are about similar on the road.
