Zu vermieten ist ein schön geschnittenes WG-Zimmer mit 18qm und eigenem Balkon in einer modernen drei Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung besteht des Weiteren aus einer großen Wohnküche mit Loggia, einem Haupt- und einem Gästebadezimmer sowie dem von mir bewohnten Zimmer. Die Räume sind gehoben/luxuriös ausgestattet, mit Echtholz-Parkett aus Eiche und Fußbodenheizung, es gibt eine moderne Einbauküche inkl. Geräte, und Wasch- sowie Spülmaschine.
Das Zimmer (ebenfalls mit Eichenparkett und Fußbodenheizung) ist ab nächster Woche mit einem Bett (1,40x2m), sowie einem Schreibtisch und einer Schrankwand ausgestattet.
Auch die weitere Ausstattung der Wohnung (Sitzmöbel für die Außenbereiche, Wohnzimmer- und Küchenmöbel) wird derzeit von mir gestaltet und ist bis Mitte Oktober vollständig.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz (für 120€/m) der in Absprache genutzt/ übernommen werden kann, ich habe die Kosten erstmal 50/50 angesetzt.

For rent is a nicely cut flat-sharing room with 18 sqm and its own balcony in a modern three-room flat.
The flat also consists of a large eat-in kitchen with loggia, a master bathroom, a guest bathroom and the room I live in. The rooms are upscale/luxurious, with oak parquet flooring and underfloor heating, there is a modern fitted kitchen including appliances, washing machine and dishwasher.
The room (also with oak parquet flooring and underfloor heating) will be furnished with a bed (1.40x2m), as well as a desk and a wall unit from next week.
The further furnishing of the flat (seating furniture for the outside areas, living room and kitchen furniture) is also currently being arranged by me and will be complete by mid-October.
The flat comes with a parking space in the underground car park (for 120€/m) which can be shared (I calculated it 50/50).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in exzellenter Lage im Frankfurter Ostend in einem wenige Jahre alten Quartier ("East"). Hier finden sich ein Rewe, Drogerie und Apotheke sowie mehrere Restaurants, von denen es auch in der Umgebung zahlreiche gibt.
Der Ostbahnhof mit S- und U-Bahn sowie mehrere Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen befinden sich in weniger als 5min zu Fuß, wodurch man schnell an jeden Punkt der Stadt gelangt. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 20min zu erreichen, die zum ausgehen beliebte "Berger Straße" in 10min.
Ebenfalls 5min zu Fuß liegt der Ostpark und der Osthafenpark/ EZB, dann ist man auch schon direkt am Main.
Die Wohnung selbst hat vom Wohnzimmer und der Loggia aus einen herrlichen Blick auf die EZB und die Frankfurter Skyline.
Die Adresse ist Hanauer Landstr. 77 - leider wird diese auf der Karte falsch angezeigt, daher habe ich die Adresse des Nachbarhauses angegeben.

The flat is in an excellent location in Frankfurt's Ostend in a new quarter ("East"). Here you will find a supermarket, drugstore and pharmacy as well as several restaurants, of which there are also many in the surrounding area.
The East train station with S-Bahn and U-Bahn as well as several tram and bus stops are less than a 5-minute walk away, giving you quick access to any point in the city. The city centre can be reached on foot in 20min, the "Berger Straße", which is popular for going out, in 10min.
The Ostpark and the Osthafenpark/ ECB are also 5 minutes away on foot, and then you are directly on the Main.
The flat itself has a wonderful view of the ECB and the Frankfurt skyline from the living room and loggia.
Real adress is Hanauer Landstr. 77 - unfortunately it is shown wrong on the map, so i used another adress across the street instead.
Es handelt sich um eine neue Berufstätigen-WG, für dich eine/n Mitbewohner/in suche. Ich selbst bin 32 und Unternehmensberater im Bereich Digitale Infrastruktur, arbeite unter der Woche in der Regel im Büro oder bei Kunden und bin (spät) Abends und am Wochenende daheim.
Ich suche keine reine Zweck-WG sondern ein entspanntes Miteinander inkl. der ein oder anderen sozialen Aktivität aber ohne starre Regeln oder Verpflichtungen. Wichtig ist mir eine gute Mischung aus gegenseitiger Toleranz & Rücksichtnahme, sowie die Fähigkeit, durch Kommunikation Konflikte zu lösen (oder gar nicht erst entstehen zu lassen).
Meine eigenen Interessen sind vielfältig, von Kunst, Museen und Theater über Wandern im Taunus oder Rheingau bis zu einem guten Überblick über die Restaurants & Bars der Stadt Frankfurt. Gerne habe ich auch Freunde zu Gast, zum Abendessen oder ein paar Gläsern Wein - weltoffene Menschen und interessante Gesprächspartner sind immer willkommen.
Für die Hausarbeit plane ich eine Reinigungskraft (3x-4x mal im Monat) zu engagieren.

This is a new professional flat-share for which I am looking for a flatmate. I am 32 and a management consultant in the field of digital infrastructure. I usually work in the office or with clients during the week and I am at home late in the evenings and at weekends.
I'm not looking for a purely functional flat-share, but for a relaxed get-together including some social activities, but without rigid rules or obligations. A good mixture of mutual tolerance and consideration is important to me, as well as the ability to solve conflicts through communication (or to prevent them so in the first place).
My own interests are varied, from art, museums and theatre to hiking in the Taunus or Rheingau and a good overview of the restaurants & bars in the city of Frankfurt. I also like to have friends over for dinner or a few glasses of wine - open minded people and interesting conversation partners are always welcome.
For the housework I plan to hire a cleaning service (3x-4x times a month).
