in unserer schönen 5er Frauen*-WG im Ostend wird ab 01.02.24 ein ca. 80 m2 großes Zimmer frei. Die Miete beträgt mit allem 580€/Monat.
Es handelt sich dabei um ein riesiges, lichtdurchflutetes Dachgeschoss-Zimmer mit Parkettboden und Skyline-Blick, das sich im zweiten Stock der WG über die ganze restliche Wohnung erstreckt.
Als Balkonersatz hat das Zimmer ein aufgebocktes „Sommerbett“ unterm Dachfenster, welches wir – wenn es für die Zimmerbewohner*in gerade passt – auch gemeinschaftlich nutzen.
Unsere Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und zusätzlich ein kleines Gästeklo. Die Waschmaschine steht im Keller. Wir haben außerdem eine kleine Abstellkammer und ein separates Kellerabteil für Fahrräder und andere Dinge, die untergestellt werden müssen.

in our beautiful shared flat in Ostend, a room of approx. 80 m2 will be available from 01.02.24. The rent including everything is 580€/month.
The room is a huge, light-flooded attic room with parquet flooring and skyline view, which extends over the rest of the apartment on the second floor of the shared flat.
As a balcony replacement, the room has an elevated "summer bed" under the skylight, which we also use together whenever it works for the roommate.
Our apartment has a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and a small guest toilet. The washing machine is in the basement. We also have a small storage room and a separate basement compartment for bikes and other things that need to be stored.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt: Direkt vor unserer Tür liegt die S-Bahn Haltestelle Ostendstraße, an der jede Frankfurter S-Bahnlinie hält sowie die Straßenbahnlinien 11 und 14. Auch zu den Linien U6 und U7 am Zoo sind es nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß. Ansonsten erreicht man sowohl die Konsti als auch den Main in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Aldi, Rewe und Rossmann gibt es in direkter Umgebung.

The location of the apartment is almost perfect: directly in front of our door you will find the S-Bahn stop "Ostendstraße", where every S-Bahn line stops. The tram lines 11 and 14 are also only a 1 minute walk away and it is only a 4 minute walk to the subway lines U6 and U7 at the zoo. Apart from that, you can reach Konstablerwache as well as the Main in about 5 minutes of walking. Shopping facilities such as Penny, Aldi, Rewe and Rossmann are also nearby.
Du wirst mit Svenja, Antonia, Paula und Lotte zusammenwohnen. Wir sind zwischen 27 und 37 Jahren alt und machen irgendwas zwischen Studium und Lohnarbeit. Wir interessieren uns für Gesellschaft, Theater, Politik, Musik, ausgehen und einiges mehr. Ab und zu verbringen wir geplant unsere Abende gemeinsam in der großen Wohnküche oder machen kleine Ausflüge, öfter aber sitzen wir ungeplant zusammen.
Das Zusammenleben läuft sehr harmonisch und entspannt, wir verstehen uns sehr gut und auch wenn wir gerne Zeit zusammen verbringen, ziehen wir uns alle auch gerne mal ins eigene Zimmer zurück.
Wir teilen uns, was im Kühlschrank ist und wie üblich gibt es einen wöchentlich rotierenden Putzplan, der eingehalten werden sollte.
Momentan sind wir eine Frauen*-WG und würden uns wünschen, dass eine flinta*-Person bei uns einzieht.
Wichtig ist neben einem guten Miteinander auch, dass wir keine Lust auf Rassismus, Sexismus, Antisemitismus, Trans-/Homophobie, Verschwörungstheorien und dergleichen haben.

You'll be living with Svenja, Antonia, Paula and Lotte. We are between 27 and 37 years old and do something between studying and working. We are interested in society, theater, politics, music, going out and many other things. From time to time we spend planned evenings together in the large kitchen or go on little trips, but more often we spontaneously sit together.
Living together is very harmonious and relaxed, we get on very well and even though we enjoy spending time together, we all also like to be in our own rooms from time to time.
We share what's in the fridge and – as is usual – there's a weekly cleaning schedule that should be followed.
At the moment we are a women* flat and would like a flinta* person to move in with us.
Besides a good relationship with each other and good communication, it is important that we don't want any racism, sexism, trans-/homophobia, conspiracy theories and the like in our home.
