Das Haus wurde 1900 gebaut und hat hohe Decken und schöne Fenster.
Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Stuhl, Lampen u.s.w.
Es hat ein große Fenster mit Außenrollladen.
Dazu gibt es ein voll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit TV und SAT.
Gutes Internet sowie die Rundfunkgebühren sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten
Es gibt ein Bad mit Fenster und eine separate Dusche. Das WC sind räumlich getrennt und mit Fenster.

Die WG setzt sich Neu zusammen aus jungen Berufstätigen.
In der WG wohnen insgesamt zwei Personen, und du würdest das Zimmer mit Vishwal teilen, einem 28-jährigen jungen Arbeiter bei Emma Matratze. Er ist ein freundlicher Mitbewohner, und in der WG wird problemlos Englisch gesprochen. Kommunikation ist also überhaupt kein Problem.
Da unter der Woche alle Arbeiten, geht es eher ruhig und Entspannt zu.

The WG is newly composed of young professionals.
The flat is a shared apartment with a total of two people, and you would be sharing the room with Vishwal, a 28-year-old young professional working at Emma Matratze. He's a friendly roommate, and English is spoken fluently in the apartment. Communication is a breeze.
Since everyone works during the week, it is rather quiet and relaxed.
