hallo ihr alle ich würde mein wg zimmer in meiner dreier wg von dezember bis ende januar untervermieten. das zimmer selber ist nicht alzu gros die wohnung hat allerdings noch ein wohnzimmer und einen balkon die natürlich mitbenutzt werden können. im zimmer würden ein bett ein großer schrank und ein flaches regal von mir blieben (können natürlich auch raus wenn kein interesse besteht) miete mit nebenkosten wären 350 euro pro monat. die wohnung ist in preungesheim ca. 1 minute zu fus zur u5 und von da aus 20 min. mit der bahn bis zur konsti/innenstadt. wenn ihr noch fragen habt einfach bei mir melden.
hello everyone i would like to sublet my room in flatshare from december until the end of january. the room itself is not too big but the apartment has a living room and a balcony which can be used as well. in the room i would keep a bed, a big wardrobe and a flat shelf (can be taken out if there is no interest)
rent with utilities would be 350 euro per month. the apartment is in preungesheim about 1 minute walk to the u5 and from there 20 min. by train to konste/innenstadt. if you have any questions just contact me.
die wohnung ist ca. 2 minuten von der u bahn haltestelle ronneburgstarße entfernt von dort aus ist man in ca. 20 min in der innenstadt eine bus haltestelle ist auch fast direkt vor der tür von dort aus ist man schnell in bornheim oder am dornbusch
the apartment is approx. 2 minutes away from the ronneburgstarße underground station from there it is approx. 20 minutes to the city center a bus stop is also almost directly in front of the door from there you can quickly reach bornheim or dornbusch
aktuell würdest du mit leon (23) zusammen wohnen. da er allerding grade ein boot umbaut um dort hin zu ziehen ist er nicht allzu oft zu hause. wer dein/Deine 2 mitbewohner*inn wäre ist noch nicht ganz klar da auch ein weiteres zimmer untervermietet wird.
you would currently be living with leon (23). however, as he is currently converting a boat to move there, he is not at home very often. it is not yet clear who your 2 flatmates would be as another room is also being sublet.
binn leider grade nur per wahtsapp telegramm oder signal zu erreichen ansonsten natürlich auch ganz altmodisch per mail ;)
