Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner Eigentumswohnung. Küche und Bad können selbstverständlich mitgenutzt werden. Im Zimmer sind Bett, Schränke mit viel Stauraum, ein Schreibtisch und ein Sessel vorhanden. WLAN kann ebenfalls genutzt werden.

In 5 Minuten erreicht man die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, von der in 16 Minuten die Innenstadt (Konstablerwache) erreicht (Taktung ist zehnminütlich). Im beliebten Nordend ist man in 10 Minuten. Die nächste U-Bahn ist ca. 10 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt und man erreicht von dort in 18 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof.

5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein großer Tegut, DM, Buchladen, Apotheke, Bäcker und Discounter.

Ich möchte das Zimmer an Pendler vermieten, die es nur 2-3 Nächte pro Woche benötigen.

Alternativ könnte ich mir vorstellen, das Zimmer an eine Frau dauerhaft zu vermieten, die regelmäßiges Babysitting (nach Absprache) bei meiner kleinen Tochter übernimmt. Die Miete würde ich dann entsprechend reduzieren. Dies müsste jemand mit Erfahrung als AuPair oder regelmäßigem Babysitting sein.

Ich bin ein offener, kommunikativer Mensch und freue mich, neue Leute kennenzulernen.
