Preungesheim liegt trotz seiner Unbekanntheit eigentlich relativ zentral.
Die U5 und die Straßenbahn 18 fahren direkt um die Ecke (7 min. Fußweg) und der Nachtbus hält direkt vor der Tür. Man ist also sowohl mit den Öffentlichen, als auch mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt und kommt auch Nachts gut zurück.

Außerdem erreicht man nach 10 min. Laufweg Felder und Wiesen, wo es sich gut spazieren lässt.
Ein Penny Supermarkt ist in 2 min. Gehnähe und Rewe sowie Teegut erreicht man in 10 min. zu Fuß. Post, Apotheke, Banken und Kioske sind auch in nächster Nähe und auch am Sonntag muss man nicht verhungern, denn es gibt eine Dönerbude und eine Pizzeria nebenan.

Wir sind eine bunt gemischte WG, aus Studierenden und Berufstätigen.
Trotz der vielen Mitbewohner*innen, hat man auch genug Raum um sich zurück zu ziehen, da sich die Zimmer über das ganze Haus verteilen.
Die Küche, bzw. der Essraum ist neben dem Wohnzimmer der Raum, wo öfters mal zusammen gesessen wird. Dort hättest du auch ein Regalplatz und ein Kühlschrankfach für deine Lebensmittel.
Das Haus hat ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken, eine weitere separate Toilette und es gibt noch ein WC, was vom Hinterhof aus zugängich ist (bisschen wie in einem Sportheim).
Ein kleines Highlight ist unser Hinterhof, ein schöner Ort zum entspannen und Beisammensein insbesondere an lauen Sommerabenden mit Hängematte, Pflanzen und diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Wichtig ist uns, dass die mit uns wohnende Person keine menschenverachtenden Ideologien wie Rassismus, Sexismus, Antisemitismus usw. supported.

We are a mixed WG, made up of students and working people.
Despite the many flatmates, you also have enough room to adjounr, as the rooms are spread all over the house.
The kitchen or dining room next to the living room is the room where people often sit together. There you would also have a shelf space and a shelf in the refrigerator for your groceries.
The house has a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, another separate toilet and there is also a toilet accessible from the backyard (a bit like a sports home).
A little highlight is our backyard, a nice place to relax and get together especially on warm summer evenings with hammock, plants and various seating possibilities.
It is important to us that the person living with us does not support inhuman ideologies like racism, sexism, anti-Semitism etc..
