Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3 Personen WG im Obergeschoss eines Altbaus im Stadtteil Preungesheim. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für alles was gebraucht wird; Ein großes Bett, sowie jeweils eine Wohn- und Arbeitsecke.
Meinen IKEA Kleiderschrank würde ich umsonst im Zimmer lassen.
Die WG verfügt über eine geräumige Küche mit Esstisch. Dort kann am Fenster geraucht werden und wenn man möchte, kann man sich auch gerne auf ein Getränk dort treffen. Außerdem befindet sich in der Wohnung ein Duschbad mit Tageslicht. Im Keller befinden sich zwei Münzwaschmaschinen & Trockner.

The room is located in a 3-person shared apartment on the top floor of an old building in Preungesheim. It offers enough space for everything needed; A large bed, as well as a living and working corner.
I am leaving my IKEA closet in the room for free.
The shared apartment has a spacious kitchen with a dining table. You're allowed to smoke at the window and if you want, you can also meet your roomies there for a drink. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with natural light. In the basement there are two coin-operated washing machines & dryer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, ist jedoch sehr gut angebunden.
Die U-Bahn Station Preungesheim, sowie der danebengelegen REWE sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Ca. 10 Minuten entfernt liegt ein Einkaufszentrum mit einem DM und Tegut, sowie die Straßenbahnstation Gravensteiner-Platz.
Außerdem kann man unweit der Wohnung in den Felder hinter Preungesheim spazieren oder joggen gehen.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, but is well connected.
The subway station Preungesheim, as well as the close by REWE are about 5 minutes walk away.
About 10 minutes away is a shopping center with a DM and Tegut, as well as the Tramstation Gravensteiner-Platz.
In addition, you have the possibility to walk or jog in the fields behind Preungesheim not far from the apartment.
In der WG leben mit mir zusammen 3 Männer. Wir sind alle berufstätig bzw. studieren nebenbei noch. Wir unternehmen eigentlich nichts miteinander außerhalb eines netten Gesprächs, wenn man sich mal in der Küche über den Weg läuft.
Die WG befindet sich gerade jedoch in der Neubildung, da ein weiterer Mitbewohner ebenfalls ausziehen wird, also liegt die Umgestaltung des Miteinanders bei den neuen Mitbewohnern, falls gewünscht! Bitte beachtet, dass der verbleibende Mitbewohner kein Deutsch spricht und wir uns daher jemanden wünschen, der Englisch sprechen kann.

Including myself 3 men are currently living in the apartment. We are all working or studying on the side. We do not do much with each other outside of a nice conversation, if we run into each other in the kitchen.
However, the WG is currently in the process of re-forming as another roommate will also be moving out, so the transformation of social situation is up to the new roommates, if desired! Please note that the remaining roommate does not speak German and therefore we would like someone who can speak English.
