Ein Zimmer in unserer WG ist ab 1. Oktober frei. Es ist etwa 18 m2 groß und kostet 550 Euro pro Monat inklusive Nebenkosten. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und großem Regal (sehr praktisch für Bücher, Kleidung usw.). Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat die Nachmittagssonne!
Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt. Sie sind mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen. Darüber hinaus haben wir einen großen Balkon in der Küche, auf dem wir normalerweise sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten und das Abendessen genießen! Im Sommer können Sie grillen, sonnenbaden und Gemüse anbauen.

A room in our shared flat will be available from the first of October. It is about 18 m2 and costs 550 euros per month including utilities. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and large shelf (very practical for books, clothes, etc). The room is very bright and has the afternoon sun!
The kitchen and bathroom are shared. They are furnished with everything you need. In addition, we have a large balcony in the kitchen, where we usually sit and watch the sunset and lave dinner! You can barbecue, sunbathe and grow vegetables in the summer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Frankfurt Rodelheim. Sehr gut angebunden und nah am Frankfurter Zentrum!
Sie erreichen die U-Bahn-Station in 7 Minuten zu Fuß, die S-Bahn-Station in 10 Minuten zu Fuß, beide können Sie auch mit dem Bus erreichen, der 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und entspannend. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Geschäfte in fußläufiger Entfernung!

You reach the Ubahn station 7 mintues on foot, Sbahn station 10 minutes on foot, you can go to both with bus as well which is 3 mins away from the apartment.
The area is quite and relaxing. there are several supermarkets, bakeries and shops in walking distance!
Deine Mitbewohner werden Chido und Phillip sein!
Chido arbeitet Vollzeit und entspannt abends gerne! Sie werden sie also unter der Woche nicht oft sehen! Sie ist sauber und freundlich!
Philipp arbeitet jede zweite Woche und ist beruflich manchmal unterwegs! Er ist gesellig und führt gerne Abendgespräche oder Abendessen in der Küche und auf dem Balkon!
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und man respektiert sich gegenseitig! Es ist wichtig, hinter sich zu putzen und beim Putzen mitzuhelfen!
