big room with private bathroom.

Hello Everyone,

I am supriya from India, I am offering a very big, bright and well kept room with OWN bathroom and toilet in a very nice house ( not an apartment building). Unfortunately I have to move to a different city because my job requires me to move. I lived in this house for exactly an year now, sad to leave.

Roommates:
I have 2 roommates, Meghashyam and Lasya, also both from India. They both work in IT companies from monday to friday and go for hikes on weekends. Both of them live upstairs and also have their private bathrooms and toilets in their rooms. Both of them enjoy a good wine and fun card games on a weekend.

The location:
Located very centrally in Rödelheim area, 1 minute away from Hausener weg U-bahn station and M34 bus station to Rödelheim Bahnhof. Rewe and penny just 5 minutes walkable distance. Nidda park only 2 minutes away from the house, so if you jog alot or would love to take a walk, best ever location.

The house:
It is fully furnished. The living room has 2 couches, one of which is convertible to bed. Dining table and chairs for you and your friends to have lunch or dinner together.
Kitchen is common EBK with many utensils for cooking and also a fully functional dishwasher and washing machine and a fridge shared by all of us in the house.
From the living room, you have access to a BACKYARD. Very functional when its summer. Otherwise also very beautiful to look at the sunset while sitting in the Living room.

The room:
Room is 25 sqm. Fully furnished convertible single and double bed with storage under the bed. A work table, a cute sofa in the room to lounge and read books, a cupboard and a coat hanger, shelf and chest of drawers.
You will have your own bathroom and toilet so you dont need to share it with either of the roommates.
internet and nebencosts included in the rent.

Things to know:
We do not party all the time. We all like chilled out adult lives with a couple of beers or a glass of wine and to chill. We all cook and eat together sometimes, especially on the weekends. ( its obviously optional to be involved all the time). We always made this our “home” so we feel like a family living under a roof. We would also appreciate similar vibes :) we all have cleaning schedules every week and we strictly follow the rules.
