Liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
ab Januar wird in meiner Wohnung in Rödelheim ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung hat rund 65qm und ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Das Zimmer (13,5qm möbliert) wird zur Zwischenmiete zunächst für 2-3 Monate vermietet (Zeitraum flexibel). Neben dem Zimmer gibt es einen Balkon und ein großes Wohnzimmer/Küche die gemeinsam genutzt werden.
Die Miete beträgt monatlich 550€ - darin sind alle Kosten enthalten. Im Zimmer ist ein 1,40m Bett mit Schubladen, Beistelltisch, Kleiderstange und diverse Regale (Schrank wie auf Bild wird nicht mehr im Zimmer sein).
Rödelheim ist zwar nicht der zentralste Stadtteil Frankfurts, ist aber dank S- und U-Bahn sehr gut angebunden. Vom Bahnhof Rödelheim ist man in 10min am Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Rewe, Biomarkt) sind in direkter nähe. Mehrere Dönerläden, zwei relative gute Italiener und ein super indisches Restaurant sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Ich bin 30 und arbeite seit 2 Jahren in Frankfurt. Davor habe ich in Köln und Nürnberg Sozialwissenschaften studiert und habe bisher immer in WG’s gewohnt.
Auch wenn ich nur für eine kurze Zeit eine/n Mitbewohner/in suche, hoffe ich, dass man in der Wohnung wirklich gemeinsam lebt und nicht versucht sich aus dem Weg zu gehen.
Ich koche gerne, gehe regelmäßig an der Nidda joggen und bin an den Wochenende oft unterwegs.
Da ich Berufstätig bin, geht es während der Woche eher ruhig zu. Gegen 1-2 Bier am Feierabend habe ich aber meist wenig einzuwenden. Ich bin generell unkompliziert und würde mir auch eine/n solche/n Mitbewohner/in wünschen.
Wenn du Interesse an der Wohnung hast, schreibe mir ein paar Zeilen zu dir, was du in Frankfurt machst und wie lange du das Zimmer mieten möchtest. Ich werde nur jene Anfragen beantworten aus denen ich etwas über die Personen erfahre.
Falls du nicht bereits in Frankfurt sein solltest, können wir auch gerne per Skype eine kurze “Besichtigung” und Kennenlernen machen.

The apartment has about 65qm and is equipped with everything necessary. The room (13,5qm furnished) can be rented for 2-3 months (flexible). Beside the room there is a balcony and a large living room/kitchen which are shared.

Location:
Although Rödelheim is not the most central district of Frankfurt, it is very well connected thanks to the S- and U-Bahn. From Rödelheim station you can reach the main station in 10 minutes. Supermarkets (Penny, Rewe, organic market) are nearby. Several kebab shops, two relatively good Italians and a very good Indian restaurant are within walking distance.

I am 30 and am living in Frankfurt since 2 years. Before I started working I studied social sciences in Cologne and Nuremberg and have always lived in shared flats with other people.
Even if I'm only looking for a flatmate for a short time, I hope that we can live together in the flat and don't try to avoid each other.
I like to cook and go for a run at the Nidda (small river nearby).
Since I am working, during the week it is mostly quiet. However, I usually don’t have a problem with 1-2 beers at the end of the day. I am generally uncomplicated and would also like to have such a roommate.
