WG teilt sich auf 2 Stockwerke mit je 1 Toilette. Also gesamt 2 Toiletten mit je
Dusche und WC.
Lage
Zentrale Lage in Frankfurt Rödelheim. U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind in maximal
10min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Rewe, Penny in 2min Fußweg zu errreichen. Diverse Essensmöglichkeiten
ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
WG-Leben
Das WG-Leben ist jetzt keine große Mietgemeinschaft, die täglich was
unternimmt.
Man sieht sich ab und zu in der Küche und redet miteinander, doch es wird
sich zu meist im eigenen Zimmer aufgehalten. …
Es gibt einen Plan, der regelt wann wer sauber machen zu hat und daran wird
sich eigentlich auch gehalten.
Sonstiges

The apartment located in the first floor and connected with the second floor. All together 5 rooms, 2 bathroom and a big kitchen. The room is furnished and very clean. The small fridge in the room will be sold for 30 Euros which you can store your own food conveniently.
The grocery store (rewe) is about 1 min walk from the house. Penny is about 3 mins.
The washing machine is included. (free)
Basically you do not need to pay any other bill.
The Radio fee we normally shared together, around 2.5 euro/ month.
We normally raise 10 euro from each of us who share the flat together for the shared kitchen cleaning supplies for every three months(paper, detergent, floor cleaner etc.)
You will have your almost private bathroom because the guy who share the bathroom with you come back only on weekends.
Less than 1 min to REWE. The bus station just beside the house. Sbahn station takes 8 mins by foot
Students and commuter.
Be noticed the contrary will be signed directly with the landlord. And it's a one year contract. However he is pretty flexible with the subletting If you find the next tenant at anytime(so to say the three months in advance inform is not required).
