It features a double bed, a bedside table, a desk, a clothes rack, a mirror and a furniture with drawers and a few other things. The apartment is located in Frankfurt's Sachsenhausen. The river is whitin a 2 min. walking distance. The area has tons of bars and restaurants at walking distance, but yet is quiet for the location. It also has great connections to public transportation:
- Lokalbahnhof (S and Tram): 5 min. walk
- Südbahnhof (U and S): 10 min. walk
- Mühlberg (S): 7 min. walk
You have access to every S-Bahn line whitin max. 7 min. walking.
Schweizer Platz and city center is also 15 min. walking, which makes the location perfect.

Die Wohnung liegt im Frankfurter Stadtteil Sachsenhausen. Der Fluss ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Gehweite. In der Gegend gibt es jede Menge Bars und Restaurants, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann, dennoch ist es für die Lage ruhig. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend:
- Lokalbahnhof (S- und Straßenbahn): 5 Min. gehen
- Südbahnhof (U und S): 10 Min. gehen
- Mühlberg (S): 7 Min. gehen

Life at the apartment is usually pretty calm, we like to listen to music and go out on the weekends for drinks and partying, or staying home and playing cards or just talking.

In der Wohnung teilen Sie den Raum mit 2 anderen. Ich (Pedro, M23) und João (M23). Wir sind beide Brasilianer und studieren Kommunikationsdesign in Frankfurt.
Das Leben in der Wohnung ist normalerweise ziemlich ruhig, wir hören gerne Musik und gehen am Wochenende etwas trinken und feiern, oder wir bleiben zu Hause und spielen Karten oder unterhalten uns einfach.
The building has a back garden, where is possible to do barbecues and social gatherings. It also features a biking rack in case you have one. A space in the basement is also available, in case you have things to storage.
We are looking for a clean, organized person, thats is preferably around our age.

Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Garten hinter dem Haus, der für Grillabende und gesellige Zusammenkünfte geeignet ist. Es verfügt auch über einen Fahrradträger, falls Sie einen haben. Für den Fall, dass Sie Dinge lagern möchten, steht Ihnen auch ein Platz im Keller zur Verfügung.
