The room already has a double size bed & mattress, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and a commode. The new tenant can get all for free since its belongs to the room. Whole room is approx. 14sqm.
Very central location in Sachsenhausen. 3 mins by walk to Rewe & Ubahn (Schweizer Platz/Gartenstr). 5 mins to Dm. Tram passing by in front of the apartment (Otto Hahn Platz).
3 female flat, currently Bengü (25) living in already and Nicol (27) will be moving in on 01.09. I am looking for one more person to move in on 01.09.
We used to have some kitchen meetings to have wine and stuff when we had spare time together so I’m open to that as well! And I like to go around and explore new places and do new activities!
The flatshare has a regular cleaning schedule every week (kitchen, bathroom and hallway), the cleanliness and tidyness in the common areas are very important. One person cleans these areas every week and the schedule goes on. The goods for home are also bought in turns. So far, we didn’t have any problems so I would like to keep it as it is.
Please tell a bit about yourself, your hobbies, your personality and your previous flatshare experiences. I am looking for a long term person, please do not consider this offer if you will be staying in Frankfurt for a limited time as the minimum stay is 6 months and the cancellation period is 2 months.
