I'm looking for a new roommate for my 95 square meter four-room rooftop apartment (2nd floor in a 4 party house):In to 01.07.2024. The apartment is located in the beautiful district Sachsenhausen-Süd in the immediate vicinity of the Stadtwald and the Goetheturm (60599 Frankfurt). The apartment is well equipped with a spacious kitchen, a large balcony, accessible from two rooms, a bathroom with toilet and a bathtub and a guest toilet and a medium-sized hallway. Furthermore, the apartment has a small basement compartment, as well as an additional laundry cellar. A washing machine is also available, as is the possibility to hang up his laundry in the basement.
There are two rooms of 17 sqm and 10 sqm with access to the balcony and beautiful views.

ich suche für meine 95 qm große Vierzimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung (2. Obergeschoss in einem 4 Parteien Haus) einen neuen Mitbewohner:In zum 01.07.2024. Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem wunderschönen Stadtteil Sachsenhausen-Süd in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtwald und zum Goetheturm (60599 Frankfurt). Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit einer geräumigen Küche, einem großen Balkon, der von zwei Zimmern zugänglich ist, einem Bad mit Toilette und einer Badewanne und einem Gäste-WC sowie einem mittelgroßen Flur. Des Weiteren verfügt die Wohnung über ein kleines Kellerabteil, sowie einen zusätzlichen Waschkeller. Eine Waschmaschine ist also vorhanden, ebenso wie die Möglichkeit, seine Wäsche im Keller aufzuhängen.
Zur Verfügung ständen dir zwei Zimmer à 17 qm und 10 qm mit Zugang zum Balkon und schöner Aussicht.
The apartment is located in a residential area where many families live. The connection to the motorway (A3/A661) is very good and a parking lot can be found in the street. The bus stop to the south railway station is only 5 minutes walk away. The 30s and 36s bus, which goes to the city centre, is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. There are also various shopping facilities on the Henniger Tower (about 15 minutes). All other shopping facilities and smaller cafes and restaurants are located between the South Railway Station and the Swiss Square.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet, in dem viele Familien leben. Die Anbindung an die Autobahn (A3/A661) ist sehr gut und einen Parkplatz findet man auch meistens in der Straße. Die Haltestelle des 48er Busses der zum Südbahnhof fährt ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der 30er und 36er Bus, der in die Innenstadt fährt ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso befinden sich fußläufig (ca. 15 Minuten) am Henniger Turm verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alle weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleinere Cafes und Restaurants befinden sich zwischen dem Südbahnhof und dem Schweizer Platz und sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen.

In my spare time I like to do sports, take something with friends, travel and also go one or another to the stadium. Nun zu meiner Person: ich heiße Pola und bin 34 Jahre alt und komme aus Frankfurt. Ich habe in Frankfurt studiert und arbeite momentan im Bildungsbereich. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, unternehme etwas mit Freunden, reise gerne und gehe auch das ein oder andere mal zur Eintracht ins Stadion. Auch für „WG-Abende“ oder gemeinsame Ausflüge und Aktivitäten bin ich offen und freue mich über einen neuen Mitbewohner:In. Trotzdem ist es natürlich wichtig, dass jeder seinen eigenen Bereich hat, um sich auch mal zurückziehen zu können, denn jeder sollte sich wohl fühlen. Das Zusammenleben in einer WG wird immer von den Mitbewohnenden geprägt. Daher ist alles möglich und es kommt darauf an wie du dich einbringst. Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme sollten selbstverständlich sein.
