Ich und ein WG-Bewohner suchen eine/n weitere/n MitbewohnerIn für ein freies Zimmer (26qm) in unserer schönen, ruhigen und hellen Altbauwohnung (200qm) im (Top Viertel) Malerviertel Sachsenhausen. Das Zimmer ist nur für eine Person. Aus Alllergiegründen sind Tiere nicht gestattet. Wifi ist vorganden. Das Zimmer wurde im Januar 2017 neu gestrichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich 100m vom Main, 200m von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, 500m von der U-Bahn und ca. 1km vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Innenstadt ist ca.2km entfernt. Die Nebenkosten beinhalten Heizung und Strom.
Wir freuen uns auf eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in (Nichtraucher/in!) für unser ruhiges Apartment.

Myself and a roomate are looking for an additonal roommate for a bright, roomy with high ceiling (almost 4 meters high) 26sqm room in our nice 200sqm renovated residential flat. The room is for 1 person only. Pets are not permitted (allergy). The room was painted in January 2017 The house is located in a very good neighborhood, 100m from the river Main and well-known museums and Cafés along the river, 200m from the tram station, 500m from the underground railway and about 1km from the main train station. It is 2km to the city center. The additional costs include heating, electricity and WiFi.
We are looking forward to the new member (non smoker) of our beautiful home.

Unsere schöne 200m2 Altbauwohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig im noblen Frankfurter Malerviertel-Sachsenhausen, 100 m vom Main entfernt. Die Strassenbahn ist 3 Minuten entfernt, die Uniklinik 1 km und der Eiserne Steg der zum Römer/Stadtmitte führt ca. 1 km. Das Zentrum ist weniger als 2 km entfernt.
