Hi,
Wir gründen zum 1.9.2018 eine neue WG im Sachsenhausener Brückenviertel. „Wir“, das sind Ulrike (32, Ärztin), Simon (31, Doktorand) und Jörg (31, Ökonom) wir kennen uns schon länger und sind gut befreundet.
Leider ist Simon gleich zu Anfang für 3.5 Monate Unterwegs, weshalb wir einen Zwischenmieter brauchen. Die Zwischenmiete ist ungefähr für den Zeitraum 1.9.2018 bis Mitte Dezember.
Da wir die Wohnung gerade erst beziehen fehlt es noch an manchem, aber wir sind optimistisch noch einen rechtzeitig Kühlschrank und eine WaMa aufzutreiben. Einen Geschirrspüler und eine funktionierende Küche haben wir bereits. Über die [Teil-]möblierung des Zimmers müssten wir noch reden, aber wir sind flexibel und optimistisch dass sich für jedes Problem eine Lösung finden lässt.
Darüberhinaus gibt es eine tolle Terasse die direkt in den Hinterhof blickt und Abendsonne hat. Leider haben wir den Schlüssel erst ab nächster Woche. Deswegen gibt es nur ein einziges unscharfes Foto bis jetzt.

We're just establishing a new flatshare in Sachsenhausen. ”We”, that's three friends: Ulrike (32, physician), Simon (31, PhD Student) and Jörg (31, Economist). Unfortunately, Simon is leaving us for 3.5 months for a trip abroad right at the beginning of our lease. Thus we're looking for somebody to take over his room during the period 1.9.2018 until approx. mid December.
Disclaimer: Since we're moving into a new unfinished flat, there are a few things still missing, but we're optimistic to have a fridge and a laundromat by the time you'd move in. We already have a dishwasher and a fully functional kitchen. The room can be partially furnished, but that’s something we’d need to discuss.
We'll get the keys in a few days, until then, a blurry picture of our balcony is all we have. But since we're on the top floor, there's an amazing terrace overlooking the court behind the house.
Supermärkte, S-Bahn, U bahn, Tram und Busse, alles in Laufdistance. 5 Minuten vom Main entfernt.
Located right in the center of the nice part of Sachsenhausen in Brückenstraße. Several supermarkets and public transport (Südbahnhof/Lokalbahnhof) in walking distance.
Wir arbeiten alle, aber trinken auch gerne Bier zusammen oder gehen raus. Aussendem sind wir mit der NachbarWG sehr gut befreundet.
The two house mates are both working full time but are very sociable. We enjoy common activities outdoors and indoors. We're also good friends with the neighbors on the same floor (also a flatshare of 3).
