The room is fully furnished ( doble size bed, desk, closet, drawer) and the size is about 16m^2.
You will take one middle-big sized room out of 4 rooms at the house.
One can reach to balcony directly from the room, which is also connected to the kitchen.
As the house is newly built, the condition and the quality of the room / whole house is very decent.
Wasching machine can be used whenever possible (except late at night).
Oven, dish washer are available at the kitchen. Every flatmate has their own section for the storage room and inside the refrigerator.
Shower booth, Bath tub are available at the toilet.
The rent for the room is 470 euros / month. (water/ heating included)
Deposit amounts for 940 euros which is 2 times rent.
Additionally, 6.5 euros for internet, and about 20 euros for the electricity.
Also 17.5 euros for ZDF which will be devided by the number of flatmates per month.
In total, it would be around 500 euros per month.
The nearest bus station is 4 mins away from the house on foot. It takes you to the nearest u-bahn station (Südbahnhof) within 3 mins.
You can reach to many supermarkets ( Tegut, HITS, ALDI, REWE) within max 15mins by walk.
Also it takes about 10-15mins on foot sudbahnhof even without taking a bus.
Currently, we have 4 people staying here in this WG.
Two are from China, one is German, the other is Korean.
Our WG is relatively independent WG style rather than "meeting-everyday" atmosphere. As long as you respect the putzplan all will be fine.
So, one who prefers their own privacy and quiet space would fit to this room.
Even though we have no preferences for the gender, female tenant could be considered first, as the remaining flatmates will going to be all female.
Also, one who can prove stable income would be considered rather first, but still students are welcome as long as they do not have problems with providing the deposits immediately.
