The room has about 22m2, is fully furnished with desk, bed, shelves, chairs, ward robe and a personal fridge. Basically it is perfect for people from abroad to move in and have everything you need. Internet is provided in the rent price as well as GEZ. All the equipment in the kitchen can be used.
The bath room is about 14m2 big with a bath tub and a washing machine to do your laundry. The kitchen is the common place to hand out together, cook and dine. :)
Excellent location in the heart of Sachsenhausen and within walking distance to all the essentials:
- 3 Min to Schweizer Straße (main street): cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bars, cider houses etc.
- 3 Min to U-Bahn stations Schweizer Platz and Südbahnhof (lines U1, U2, U3 & U8)
- 3 Min to S-Bahn station Frankfurt Süd (lines S3, S4, S5 & S6)
- 5 Min to supermarkets (Rewe, HIT, Lidl) as well as Dm and OBI
- 10 Min to the Main river
I am looking for an open minded person (m/f) that will improve the living quality in this beautiful apartment. I myself enjoy meditating, doing Yoga, philosophizing about the world and having good company. In order to keep the space clean and neat I would love for someone to appreciate the facilities, brings in their own touch and being mindful.
Please note that this is not a student WG, the people in the house are all working and with two other families underneath social gatherings (partys) are appreciated once in a while, but not during weekdays.

The monthly rent includes all utilities as well as wifi and GEZ (radio and TV tax, mandatory in Germany). It is also possible to get registered at the local Buergeramt in Sachsenhausen, only 15 Minutes away. The deposit is two months’ rent.
