Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, Küche sowie Badezimmer und Balkon (zum Innenhof).
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine etc. Wir haben einen kleinen Kellerraum in dem man zusätzlich Sachen abstellen kann.
Das Zimmer ist für die Zeit möbliert. Du solltest nur deine eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Sachsenhausen. Bars, Restaurants auf der Schweizer Straße sind direkt um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Lidl, DM, Aldi) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. :)
Straßenbahn, U- und S-Bahn Haltestellen erreichst du in circa 3 Minuten (Südbahnhof und Schweizer Platz). Die Innenstadt erreichst du in circa 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Bahn.
Die WG besteht aus Sebastian und Yannik, während ich (Ana) mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe und deshalb die WG verlasse. Da Yannik bis Ende des Jahres nicht da ist suche ich für diese Zeit einen Nachmieter zur Zwischenmiete. Wenn alles passt kannst du natürlich auch danach weiterhin dort wohnen bleiben.
Wir sind eine lockere Berufstätigen WG. Wir machen alle gerne Sport, gehen abends aus, und haben einen aktiven Lebensstil. Gekocht wird oft, dabei gibt es meistens ein beisammen sein in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon.

All the furniture in the room is movable (whatever you wish not to be inside can be taken out).
The apartment is super beautiful, quiet and green, and you will get the best flatmates ever!
If my flatmates like you, there is a possibility of renting the room indefinitely.
