Gemütliche FLINT*-WG in Sachsenhausen - cozy queer flat near city centre

We are looking for a new roommate for our 3 person shared flat starting from 1st of February 2021 (sooner is also possible). Our flat is LGBTIQ only, so please do not enquire if you are cis-male or straight.
The flat is located in the center of Sachsenhausen near Frankensteiner Platz. In normal times it can be a bit loud here, because the building is near a big street and the old pub quarter. The flat is on the 4th story of an old building (unfortunately there is no elevator).
Currenlty living in the flat is an artist from the US studying in Frankfurt temporarily and an intellectual computer scientist and DJ (resuming after the pandemic). We are both politically inclined and want our flat to remain a safe space for everyone who lives here. As we are in our early 30s its probably best if you have some life experience yourself and are not just starting to live in shared spaces.
We like to keep a friendly relationship between roommates, occasionally have a wine or two. But oftentimes – especially in the current situation – home is also a quiet refuge for us. With regard to the pandemic we would consider ourself relatively catious. One of us attends an arts school regularily, the other one mostely works from home.
We keep a cleaning schedule to keep the house neat. Please be aware that cleanliness is a priority in the house. Also note, that one of us has a distaste for frying meat, though just cooking or having it at home in general should be no problem. With regard to housekeeping we try to equally split tasks. Also we try to discuss about all our needs in general and wrt. to housekeeping regularily. That can be a bit more time consuming than other shared flats but is preferred, esp. during the closeness in a shared space during pandemic.

The room is 20qm and has a window to the north where a more small street is located. This makes it a bit more quiet then the other rooms. It has high ceilings and is generally spacious. The only issue is, that the floor is a bit odd (laminate on top of carpet). The flat has a cosy kitchen, with a washing mashine, a dining table and everything needed, except for a dish washer. House splits bills related to shared use items for cleaning, toilet paper, etc.

Currently we consider a sublease of 6 months with the option of an indefinite rent afterwards, if we turn out to harmonise. Also we consider of using the smallest room as a living or workroom in the future because one of us will be moving out during the next year. This will depend on what is desireable/possible for the new constellation.

Zum 1. Februar 2021 (früher ist möglich) suchen wir eine neue Person für unsere nette 3er-WG. Die WG ist eine reine FLINT*-WG, also bitte seht von einer Anfrage ab, wenn Ihr cis-männlich oder hetero seid.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Innenstadt und des Mains am Frankensteiner Platz. In regulären Zeiten kann es hier auch am Wochenende mal etwas lauter werden, da die Wohnung an eine große Straße grenzt und das leidige alte Kneipenviertel nicht weit ist. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Altbaus und ist leider nicht barrierefrei.
Momentan wohnen hier ein*e Künstler*in aus den USA, die zeitweise hier studiert und eine belesene Informatikerin und DJ (wahrscheinlich dann wieder nach der Pandemie). Wir würden uns beide als politische Menschen begreifen und wollen, dass unsere WG weiterhin ein sicherer Ort für alle bleibt, die hier mit uns leben. Da wir beide schon Anfang 30 sind, ist es wahrscheinlich besser, Du bringst selbst schon etwas Lebenserfahrung mit und hast womöglich auch schon länger an ähnlichen Orten gelebt.
Unser Zusammenleben ist freundschaftlich, manchmal trinken wir ein Glas Wein zusammen in der Küche – es ist also keine Zweck-WG. Auch wenn wir – gerade in der momentanen Situation häufiger – die Wohnung als ruhigen Rückzugsort nutzen. Im Blick auf die Pandemie würden wir uns beide als relativ vorsichtig einschätzen. Eine*r von uns besucht nur momentan regelmäßig Ihre Kunsthochschule, aber die Andere arbeitet gerade relativ konsequent von zuhause.
Es gibt einen Putzplan, um die Bude immer schön sauber zu halten. Bei uns ist es schon sehr viel sauberer als in der Durchschnitts-Zecken-WG – bitte behalte das im Hinterkopf, da das ein leidiges Konfliktthema in gemeinsamen Räumen sein kann. Eine von uns hat eine starke Abneigung gegen den Geruch von angebratenem Fleisch, wobei das Kochen oder generell das Vorhalten von Fleisch kein Problem darstellt. Im Bezug auf die Haushaltsführung versuchen wir die Aufgaben gleichmäßig zu verteilen. Dazu Treffen wir uns auch regelmäßig, um über Ersteres und unsere Bedürfnisse im Allgemeinen zu sprechen. Das kann etwas mehr Zeit kosten, als in anderen WGs, aber ist für uns gerade in so „engen“ Zeiten, wie momentan, sinnvoll.

Das freiwerdenende Zimmer hat 20qm. Das Fenster geht nach Norden zu einer etwas kleineren Straße – damit ist es dort etwas ruhiger, als im Rest der Wohung. Es hat hohe Decken und ist generell sehr geräumig. Nur der Boden ist etwas klapprig (Laminat auf altem Teppichboden). Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Küche, mit einer Waschmaschine, einem Küchentisch und allem, was man so braucht (außer einer Spülmaschine). Wir teilen uns die Kosten für Gemeinschaftsgüter, aber haben sonst getrennte Kühlschrankfächer.

Momentan haben wir überlegt, zunächst eine 6-monatige Zwischenmiete zu vereinbaren, die in ein unbefristetes Verhältnis übergeht, wenn wir merken, dass wir zusammenpassen. Eine von uns wird wahrscheinlich im kommenden Jahr ausziehen und wir sind am überlegen, dass freiwerdende (kleinste) Zimmer, in Zukunft vielleicht auch als Wohn- oder Arbeitsraum zu nutzen, Abhängig von den Bedürfnissen der neuen Konstellation.
