Room is 12 m2 fully furnished (very cozy bed 140x200 cm , wardrobe, working desk etc.).400€ is required for the deposit. Your room is East side oriented and it has a large window allowing sun and fresh air coming through every morning. There are also shutters to make your room 100% dark. Apartment has 3 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms (each with shower cabin inside), a big living room, big modern kitchen, balcony, 2 storage rooms, 1 storage room at -1 underground, bicycle room at -1 underground. Building is new and has an elevator.
Best location in town!!! It is located in the famous Sachsenhausen which is full of life, museums, bars, restaurants, pubs and the fantastic river bank facing the downtown skyline. PENNY Supermarket is right under your feet at the ground floor of the building.
REWE Supermarket - 3 min on foot.
Dönner & Pizza Land - 2 min on foot.
Tram - 3 min on foot which brings you in 6 min at the main Train Station (Hauptbanhof) and in 6 min to the forest.

You will live with Davide 29 Accountant and Angelo 49 house technician. Both very respectful and social. You will share the Bathroom 1 (bigger one) with Davide. After working hours guys are open to enjoy some nice music and a beer in the cozy living room or balcony. We have a cleaning plan where we take turns cleaning every weekend.
Check in & out dates might me negotiable.
We expect from you to treat the apartment and your room as it is your home. Being clean and neat is basic. You have to respect other's privacy and to have the common sense living with others. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.
Pets are not allowed!
