Mitbewohnerin gesucht für 64m2 Altbau in Sachsenhausen, 3 Zi. Oppenheimer Landstr.

ich bin gerade in meine neue Wohnung eingezogen und suche jetzt eine Mitbewohnerin für das zweite Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist 64m2 groß, hat 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Bad und Küche sind auch sehr geräumig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, kein Aufzug! (Die Wohnung ist schon möbliert, da ich die meißten Möbel von den Vormietern abgekauft habe und vieles auch selbst mitgebracht habe. In deinem Zimmer sind begehbarer Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch vorhanden, es fehlen nur ein Stuhl und ein Bett. Der Abschlag für die Zimmermöbel und die Hälfte für die restlichen geteilten Möbeln sind 482 euro). Du müsstest dich also quasi nur um Bett und Stuhl kümmern und wenn du natürlich bei der Deko mitgestalten möchtest:). Die Bilder die du siehst, sind noch vor dem Umzug.

Kaltmiete beträgt 880 euro und wird warm um die 1000 euro sein.
Also wären das dann 500 euro warm/monat/pp. Das Zimmer ist AB SOFORT zu vermieten.

Etwas über mich: Mir ist Sauberkeit, Pflege und Nachhaltigkeit in der Wohnung sehr wichtig. Ich koche sehr gerne und lege Wert auf gute Lebensmittel. Ich bin Umweltwissenschaftlerin und würde mich freuen mit Jemandem zusammen zu wohnen, dem Nachhaltigkeit auch wichtig ist (oder zumindest nicht ganz egal :)). Ansonsten mag ich eine lockere Stimmung zu Hause und freue mich wenn man mal zusammen kocht oder was trinkt. ( Ich suche keine Zweck WG). Ich arbeite in der Umweltberatung und werde eventuell auch mehrmals homeoffice machen in der Woche. Mir ist es also wichtig, dass ich gut von zu Hause aus arbeiten kann. Abgesehen von der Arbeit, mag ich es wenn zu Hause immer etwas los ist :)

I just moved into this apartment and I am now looking for a flatmate for the second room. The apt is 64m2 and has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room. The bathroom and the kitchen are also quite big. The apt is on the 4th level and does not have a elevator. (The apt is already furnished since I bought most of the furniture from the girls living here before, but I also brought some furniture myself. Your room has a walk-in closet and a desk, only the bed and a chair are missing. The cost for the furniture of your room and the shared ones in the apt is 482 euro). So you would basically just have to take care of the chair and bed and of course if you want to contribute to the decoration in the apt :). The pictures that you see, are from before moving in.

The rent without utilities is 880 euro and is going to be around 1000 euro incl. utilities. So it would be 500 euro/month/pp. The room is rentable ASAP.

More about me: I care a lot about cleanliness and sustainability in the apt. I really like cooking, I am quite a foodie. I am an environmental scientist and I am looking for someone who also likes to live sustainably (or at least is not completely careless about it :). I like a relaxed atmosphere at home and cooking or drinking together. I am currently working as an environmental consultant and I am probably also going to spend time at home doing homeoffice, so for me it is really important that I can work from home. For the rest, I am quite outgoing and like a vibrant atmosphere at home.
