Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss eines 6-stöckigen Mehrfamilienhauses direkt am Mainufer im beliebten Sachsenhausen. Die 2015 komplett sanierte Wohnung hat insgesamt zwei gleich große Zimmer, einem großen Flur, eine geräumige und voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Tageslicht-Wannenbad und einen gigantischen Balkon der sich über die gesamte Länge der Wohnung hinzieht.
Aufgrund des Schnitts gehört der Balkon ausschließlich zu deinem Zimmer.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Schallschutzfenster und moderne Türen. Der Boden ist Parkett, Küche und Bad modern gefliest.
Außerdem gibt es Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie natürlich eine Spülmachine.

The apartment is located in the upper floor of a 6-story apartment building directly close by the river Main in Sachsenhausen. It was last fully renovated in 2015 and consists of two equally sized rooms, a long hallway, a large and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a gigantic balcony as long as the entire flat.
Because of the way the apartment is designed, the balcony will be your‘s only.
We have insulated windows and modern doors. The floor is made of parquet and kitchen and bath of modern tiled.
Also we have a washing machine and dryer as well as a dishwashing machine,
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben einer Tram-Haltestelle. Bessere Verkehrsanbindung geht nicht. Außerdem ist das Mainufer mit allen Freizeitmöglichkeiten direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Fußläufig ist das bekannte „Alt-Sax“ direkt erreichbar. Kein Bahnfahren nach dem Feiern ;-)
Supermärkte, Banken, Apotheken etc alles in Laufnähe und alle bekannten Lieferdienste sowie Scooter- und Carsharinganbieter haben Fahrzeuge direkt am Haus.

The apartment is located right next to river main and a Tram-stop. „Alt-Sax“ with all of it‘s Bars is only s few hundred meters away. Supermarkets, Banks, Apothecaries etc. are all within walking distance and any delivery and scooter- or charsharingservice have vehicles right next to the building.
Die Wohnung wird erst jetzt zur WG. Bisher lebe ich dort mit meiner Freundin Franzi. Für uns beide hat sich nun kurzfristig die Möglichkeit ergeben, zunächst für ca. ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland zu gehen. Deshalb werden wir uns wenn überhaupt recht selten in der Wohnung aufhalten.
Ich bin hauptberuflich bei einer Fluggesellschaft in Frankfurt angestellt und muss daher beruflich voraussichtlich mehrmals im Monat nach Frankfurt und von dort aus arbeiten.
Franzi studiert Kommunikationsdesign, das allerdings wegen COVID aktuell überwiegend online. Sie wäre voraussichtlich fast nie in der Wohnung.
Die Befristung bis Ende April 2022 wäre nur vorläufig, unser Plan ist es für insgesamt ca. ein Jahr im Ausland zu leben. Gegebenenfalls auch länger.

The apartment is just now about to be converted to a WG. For the past 1,5 years I have been living there with my girlfriend Franzi. We both now got the opportunity on short notice to live abroad for approximately half a year. That is why we are going to be in the apartment only very rarely.
Myself I am working for an airline in Frankfurt and would have to come regularly but not very often to Frankfurt for work.
Franzi is a student of Communications Design. She would almost never be in the flat.
The limit of end of April 2022 would only be preliminary, our plan is to stay abroad for up to a year or even longer.
Wir suchen einen reifen und berufstätigen Mitbewohner, idealerweise bereits mit WG-Erfahrung. Sehr gerne unternehmen wir in der Zeit wenn wir da sind auch etwas, wir gehen gerne einen (Apfel-)Wein trinken und kochen gerne gemeinsam. Die meiste Zeit wärst du jedoch alleine und müsstest natürlich den Haushalt selbst managen. Freunde einladen ist kein Problem, aber fette Parties wären uns wenn überhaupt nur selten recht. Gleichermaßen sind wir eher ruhig und schlafen nachts ;)
ENGLISH:
We are looking for someone mature who is working regularly. Ideally you already have experience living in a WG. When we are in the flat we definitely would be open to having dinner or a drink together. Most of the time you would be on your own however and would have to manage the household on your own. Inviting friends is no problem, however we would prefer to limit hardcore partying as much as possible. At night we prefer sleeping ;).
