The building is in Sachsenhausen neighborhood.
It is an area full of museums, restaurants and grocery stores (Rewe City, DM, Müller, Alnatura, and several bakeries are nearby, Lidl 10min walk).
In 2 minutes you can be at the Ubahn (Schweizerplatz) with lines 1, 2, 3 and 8, also tram 16 and 15, useful to go to Offenbach or Hauptbahnhof (less than 10mins).
In 5 minutes by foot you reach the Main river and 20mins by foot to the city center.
It is also very close to Südbahnhof (8 minutes walk), important train station with long distance trains.

I am the one moving out and you'll meet my flatmate when you visit the apartment. She is a teacher, vegan, and we always had very good and funny conversations together. She used to travel a lot but because of corona not so much anymore. She speaks German, English and some Spanish.

Ich ziehe aus und du wirst meine Mitbewohnerin kennenlernen, wenn du die Wohnung besichtigst. Sie ist Lehrerin, Veganerin, und wir hatten immer sehr gute und lustige Gespräche zusammen. Früher ist sie viel gereist, aber wegen Corona nicht mehr so viel. Sie spricht Deutsch, Englisch und etwas Spanisch.
