Looking for a furnished room in a shared apartment in sachsenhaussen?
I will be moving out of my room (my job contract in Frankfurt is coming to an end) and we need a new flatmate!
The flat is located next to stresemannallee station. It is a 4 bedroom flat (you will have 3 lovely flatmates aged 24-30, all girls and young workers), it also has a toilet, a bathroom and a big kitchen and common area.
Rent is 355€ per month and it includes all bills and utilities. The only other payment would be for the furniture in the room (I bought it when I moved here so I would like to sell ALL the furniture (the price can be discussed) and hence leave the room fully furnished.
I would be looking to leave mid-April, so hopefully the new flatmate can move in then, but an earlier moving in date is also possible.
