By Februrary 2024 a 14m² room will be available in a great 4-person flat share in Seckbach. The room faces Wilhelmshöher Street with plenty of natural light. It is fully furnished with a comfortable loft bed, desk, chair, sofa, and wardrobe.
About the flatshare:- Meeting point in our apartment is always our small but nice kitchen. Here you will find everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, etc...). The highlight of the apartment is definitely the access to the garden of the house, which all residents share. Here we often have a barbecue together with friends☀️😇. Whether you're seeking a peaceful work/study environment or a relaxing space to unwind after a long day, this room provides the perfect blend of privacy and communal living.
The location is great, you are not directly in the city center of Frankfurt, but you are at the Konstablerwache in less than 10 minutes by public transport. The Eschweger Straße stop can be reached on foot in just under 2 minutes, from there you can take the bus after one stop to the Seckbacher Landstraße subway, or you can alternatively walk in 10 minutes. There is a Lidl around the corner and the Huthpark can also be reached very quickly. The Lohrberg, which always invites you to go for walks with beautiful views of Frankfurt, is also in the immediate vicinity and the Berger is also around the corner.
You would live with Luise, Marlene, and Nikola. Luise studied social work and recently got graduated, she loves to be out with friends and in nature, likes to travel, and is interested in languages. She also likes to go jogging or do yoga, preferably in company. Marlene just recently moved in with us She is studying medicine, likes to discover new things, hiking, and spending quality time with friends. Nikola studies Sport and Informatik. He's really into football, he's as well coaching a junior Football team.
We are all very open and cheerful people, laugh a lot together and have a very harmonious and relaxed shared life. Furthermore, we like to meet in the kitchen for a glass of wine, cook together, meet up on the Main, or just leave our frustration, stress, etc. You always find a listening ear and motivated people for joint activities. But of course, it's also perfectly okay if you need some time for yourself. You can feel completely comfortable here :)
